How To make Parmesan Croutons
1 ea Slice Whole Wheat Bread
1 T Butter Or Margarine
1 T Grated Parmesan Cheese
Trim crust from bread. Cut bread slice into quarters, making squares. Diagonally cut each square in to halves, making triangles. Arrange bread triangles in a shallow baking dish or pie plate. Micro-cook, uncovered, on 100% power for 1 to 1 1/2 minutes or till the bread is dry. Remove the bread from the microwave oven. In a custard cup micro-cook butter or margarine, uncovered, on 100% power for 40 to 50 seconds or till melted. Drizzle over bread triangles. Sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese.

1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 TBS parmesan cheese
Bake in a preheated 375 degree oven for 10 - 15 minutes until browned and crunchy. Enjoy!

◾Instructions
1. Mince 2 cloves of garlic. Add the minced garlic to a mixing bowl.
2. Next add 20 grams of parmesan cheese to the mixing bowl.
3. Cut the baguette first in half. Then cut the baguette vertically in half and then another time vertically in half.
4. Cut the baguette into pieces.
5. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees celsius.
6. Add olive oil, black pepper and salt to the mixing bowl. Mix everything.
7. Add the pieces of baguette to the mixing bowl. Stir everything together well.
8. Add the baguette sqares on a baking tray.
9. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown.

Easy GARLIC PARMESAN Soup Salad CROUTONS Recipe
Learn how to make an easy homemade garlic and parmesan crouton recipe for salads or soups. Use these croutons in soups like chicken & rice, French onion or tomato soup. Great on any salad.

Homemade Garlic Parmesan Soup Salad Croutons Recipe
1 stale (day or more old) baguette French bread
cubed into 1 squares
1/2 cup good quality olive oil
1/3 cup fine parmesan cheese
1/3 cup shredded parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper ***optional
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp dried chives
1 tsp italian herb seasoning
Mix olive oil and seasonings - blend well
Add 1/3 cup fine parmesan cheese to bread cubes.
Pour seasoned olive oil on top of bread cubes.
Mix and blend well until croutons are coated
evenly with seasonings.
Spread cubes out on foiled baking pan.
Bake at 325 degrees for 20-25 minutues until
starting to get brown. Remove and add shredded
parmesan cheese and bake for an additional 5-8
minutes.
Remove and let completely cool and dry - do not
add to the storage container until dry and hard.
Serve with soup or add to your salad..
