How To make Pea & Carrot Salad with Lovage
1 lb Fresh peas
1 1/2 lb Baby carrots
3 tb Mayonnaise (tofu or regular)
3 tb Natural yogurt
1 ts Dijon mustard
1 1/2 tb Chopped lovage
Slice carrots. Combine with peas & steam for no more than 15 minutes. Cool slightly. Mix together the mayonaisse & yogurt. Add mustard. Fold in the lovage, followed by the peas & carrots. Allow to cool completely, then serve. Gail Duff, "A Book of Herbs & Spices"

Hey guys! Today we’re going to make a delicious carrot, orange & smoked beurre blanc dish. First we’re going to cook the carrots in a carrot peel salt crust. The trimmings we then use to make some beautiful carrot leaves. We’re also going to make an orange peel cream, a dill oil and we’re going to smoke our own butter and turn it into a wonderful beurre blanc. All great recipes, so enjoy guys!

- 350 grams of radish
- 100 grams of sushi vinegar
- 5 grams of salt
- 4 grams of soy sauce
- 10 drops of tabasco
Marinad:
- 100 grams of white wine vinegare
- 100 grams of sugar
- 50 grams of water
- 1 lime
- 1 red pepper
- 1 piece of lemon grass
