Nonstick cooking spray 2 c Gingersnap crumbs
-34 cookies 2/3 c Almonds; toasted chopped
1/4 c Crystallized ginger; minced
2 tb Sugar
6 tb Butter; melted
2 pt Peach frozen yogurt
1/2 c Caramel sauce; prepared
1 pt Vanilla ice cream
Raspberries Peaches; sliced

1. With cooking spray, grease 9 x 5 x 3 inch loaf pan; line with plastic
wrap. In bowl, mix crumbs, nuts, ginger, sugar and butter; spoon 1 cup mixture over bottom of pan. Cut 1 pint frozen yohurt in half lengthwise through container; peel off wraper. Cut each half crosswise into six pieces. Quickly arrange pieces in one layer over crumbs, cutting as necessary. Pour all the caramel sauce over yohurt; freeze 1 hour. On top, layer curmbs, yogurt, crumbs, ice cream (cut into pieces) and crumbs. Cover; freeze overnight. 2. To Serve: Uncover cake. Invert onto platter; unwrap. Serve with
fruits. 오늘의 케이크는 바로 복숭아 생크림 케이크 입니다.
그동안 복숭아 케이크는 많이 만들었지만 생크림 케이크는 처음 이네요.
많은 분들께서 복숭아 케이크를 원하셔서 만들어 보았습니다.
한동안 마트의 복숭아가 무 보다 맛이 없더니 요즘은 비가 안와서 그런지 좀 맛이 들었어요.
이번 케이크도 역시 제가 늘 애용하는 복숭아 콤포트를 만들어서 사용했어요.
그런데 이번에는 약간 다른 재료들을 첨가했어요. 마트에서 구입할 수 있습니다.
맛없는 복숭아도 맛있어 집니다. 영상에서 확인해 보세요.
복숭아는 아삭이 (딱딱이) 복숭아를 사용했습니다.
생크림 케이크에 넣기에는 딱딱이 복숭아를 콤포트로 만들어 사용하는 방법이 좋은것 같아요. 예쁜 분홍색은 복숭아 껍질을 함께 넣어만듭니다. 오래전 저의 복숭아케이크 영상에서도 같은 방법을 쓰곤 했답니다. 시럽 색이 예쁘게 나와요.

제누아즈는 1호 사이즈로 1.5cm 두께 시트 3장을 사용했습니다.
그동안 많은 영상에서 다룬 아주 기본정인 시트 이기때문에
이 영상에서는 만드는 과정 생략하였습니다.
하지만 혹시 필요하신 분들을 위해 레시피는 아래에 적어 두겠습니다.
복숭아는 요거트 생크림과 잘 어울리는것 같아요. ^^
생크림에 플레인 요거트와 요거트 파우더를 첨가 했습니다.
요거트 파우더 덕분에 휘핑하면 약간 묵직한 느낌의 생크림이 됩니다.
복숭아 콤포트를 만들고 난 시럽은 시트를 적시는데 사용했고요.
또 데코레이션용 복숭아 젤리를 만들었습니다. 젤리도 참 맛있답니다.
이렇게 만든 영롱한 젤리로 장식을 했더니 복숭아 느낌도 나고, 여름 분위기도 나네요.

Today's cake is peach whipped cream cake.
I've made a lot of peach cakes in the meantime, but this is my first time making whipped cream cakes.
Many people wanted me to make a peach cake, so I made it.
For a while, the peaches at the supermarket weren't tasted good, but it's not raining these days, so its tastes became better.
For this cake, I used my favorite peach compote.
But this time I added different ingredients. You can buy it at the market.
Even flavorless peaches become delicious. Please, check it out in the video.
For peaches, I used ripe but firm peaches.
I think it is good to make compote with firm peaches and use them in a whipped cream cake. Pretty pink is made by putting peach peel together. The syrup will have nice color. I used to use the same method in my peach cake video a long time ago.

Prepared three 1.5cm thick Genoise sheets (15cm in diameter).In this video, the making process is omitted. Because it is a very basic sheet that has been covered in many videos.
But for those who need it, I'll give you the recipe below.
I think peaches go well with yogurt whipped cream.
Plain yogurt and yogurt powder added to heavy cream.
I used the syrup from peach compote to smear the sheets.
I also made peach jelly for decoration. Jelly is also very tasty.
Pink peach jelly made the cake peachy and summer feel.

Ingredient

2 ripe and firm peaches (about 246g each)
85g sugar
200g rose champagne
250g water
1 cinnamon stick (5cm, optional)
A few basil leaves (optional)

170g peach compote syrup
10g sugar
5g gelatin

390g heavy cream (38% milkfat)
35g sugar
20g yogurt Powder
80g plain yogurt

90g cake flour
1g salt
140g eggs
90g sugar
35g milk
20g butter
4g vanilla extract

Oreo and Peach Ice Cream Cake
Trying out this oreo and peach ice cream cake! Perfect for this holiday.

INGREDIENTS:
1pack oreo cookies
5tbsp. melted butter
(2x) 300ml condensed milk
(2x) 300g heavy cream
(2x) 250ml all purpose cream
pinch of salt
2/3 cup white sugar
(optional) whipped cream
320g peaches
vanilla extract
(optional) chocolate sprinkles
1/2 cup chocolate cake mix
1/4 cup cocoa powder
25g white gelatin powder
INSTRUCTION:
OREO CRUST
1. Separate the filling from the cookies. Crush it and make sure there's no lump.
2. In a bowl, combine the crushed oreo cookies and 5tbsp. melted butter.
3. Lightly grease the springform pan and transfer oreo crust then press firmly.
4. Freeze for 15-30minutes.
VANILLA ICE CREAM LAYER
Reminder: Make 2 batch of this mixture!
1. In a bowl, combine 300g heavy cream and 250ml all purpose cream using electric mixer until soft peak form.
2. Add 300ml condensed milk, 2tsp. vanilla extract and a pinch of salt then mix.
3. Pour on top of oreo crust
4. Cover and freeze until next layer is ready.
CHOCOLATE ICE CREAM LAYER
1. In a bowl, combine 300ml condensed milk, 1/4cup cocoa powder and 1/2cup chocolate cake mix using whisk.
2. Add 1tsp. vanilla extract then mix.
3. Combine with vanilla mixture then pour onto the springform pan.
4. Cover and freeze for 2-3hrs or overnight.
PEACH AND GELATIN LAYER
1. Thinly slice the peaches then set aside.
2. In a bowl, dissolve 25g of white gelatin and 2/3cup of sugar with 2/3cup of warm water. Let it cool on room temperature.
3. Arrange the peaches on top of the ice cream to make rose pattern. Slightly overlap to look like petals.
4. Once peaches are done, pour the gelatin mixture carefully.
5. Put in the fridge for 1 more hour or until everything freeze.

Peach Ice Cream / آيس كريم بالخوخ - CookingWithAlia - Episode 804
RECIPE:
INGREDIENTS:
4 ripe peaches, peeled and chopped
1 tablespoon lemon juice
50 grams (1/4 cup) granulated sugar
250 milliliters (1 1/2 cup) whipping cream
150 milliliters (1 cup) unsweetened condensed milk
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 ripe peach, peeled and cut into small cubes
DIRECTIONS:
1- In a food processor, add the chopped peaches, sugar, lemon juice, and mix until the texture becomes smooth like a puree. Set aside.
2- In a large bowl, add the heavy cream and beat it using an electric egg beater until peaks form.
3- Add the sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and continue beating until well combined.
4- In a small bowl, add the milk, cornstarch, and mix together with a spoon until a smooth paste is obtained.
5- Add the prepared paste and peaches puree to the whipped cream mixture and mix well all-together with a spatula until the texture becomes homogeneous.
6- Pour the ice cream mixture into an airtight container, add peach chunks on top and freeze for 6 hours or until the texture becomes firm. Serve immediately.
