Raspberry Cheesecake Brownies Recipe INGREDIENTS
For the brownie layer:
½ cup unsalted butter, softened
½ cup granulated sugar
½ cup brown sugar, lightly packed
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup all-purpose flour
¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
¼ teaspoon salt
For the raspberry cheesecake layer:
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
¾ cup plain Greek yogurt
2 large eggs
¼ cup granulated sugar
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 cup raspberries, lightly mashed (I used thawed, frozen berries - it was ¾ cup mashed)
LET'S GET COOKING...
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Line an 8x8 inch baking pan (I use glass) with parchment paper and set aside.
In the bowl of a stand mixer, or with an electric mixer, cream together the butter, sugar and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Add the eggs and vanilla and whip again until well combined. Add the flour, cocoa powder and salt and mix until well combined. Spread the brownie batter in the prepared pan, smoothing it out into an even layer.
Make the cheesecake layer. With an electric mixer, whip the cream cheese,
Greek yogurt and eggs until smooth. Add the sugar, flour and vanilla and mix again until smooth and well combined. Fold in the crushed raspberries. Spread the cheesecake mixture on top of the brownie batter.
Bake for 40 minutes until set, and the edges are starting to brown. Place the pan on a wire rack to cool for about an hour and then chill for 2-3 hours before lifting the bars out and slicing into squares.

Ingredients
Raspberry Cheesecake
8oz cream cheese
⅓ cup (70g) sugar
1 egg
½ tsp vanilla extract
½ cup (65g) raspberries
Brownies
1 cup (120g) flour
½ tsp baking powder
¼ tsp salt
½ cup (4oz) (113g) butter
½ cup (4oz) (75g) chocolate
⅓ cup (70g) sugar
2 egg
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 F (175C).
For the cheesecake batter, in a medium bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar together until light and creamy. Add egg and vanilla and mix well. Stir in raspberries.
Combine flour, baking powder, and salt. In another microwave-safe bowl, melt butter and chopped chocolate. Stir in sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Add in the flour mixture.
Pour the brownie batter in the baking pan, then pour the cream cheese batter on top of the chocolate batter. Bake for 25-30 minutes. Cool completely before cutting into the brownie.

Hello everyone. Welcome back to another video!!!
Could you believe that we are already through the first month of 2021. Now that we are in the beginning of February, its time to start planning your Valentines Day! Whether you are single, or in a relationship, who doesn't love an extra day to treat themselves (or their partners). This dessert is definitely a good one to fill all the chocolatey cravings! Its a perfect treat to have and also, a perfect treat to gift!
INGREDIENTS:
1/2 Cup Melted Butter
1/2 Cup Warm Water
2 Large Eggs
2/3 Cup Maple Syrup
1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
1/2 Cup Almond Flour
1/2 Cup Coconut Flour
1/3 Cocoa Powder
3/4 Tsp Baking Powder
3/4 Tsp Himalayan Salt
1/8 - 1/4 Cup Dark Chocolate Chips (70% or Higher)
8oz Cream Cheese
3-4 Tbsp Maple Syrup
1/2 - 1 Cup Frozen Raspberries (You can also use fresh raspberries)
DIRECTIONS:
1) Preheat your oven to 350 degree's Fahrenheit and line up you 8x8 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
2) In a large bowl, mix together your melted butter, warm water and eggs. Add the vanilla extract and maple syrup and mix again.
3) In a separate bowl mix together your almond flour, coconut flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and Himalayan salt.
4) Add the dry ingredients into your wet ingredients (2nd bowl into 1st) and mix until everything is combined.
5) Pour the brownie batter into your prepared baking dish and sprinkle with your dark chocolate chips. Set aside and prepare the cream cheese.
6) In a bowl stir together your softened cream cheese (softened cream cheese = room temperature) with 3 - 4 tbsp. of maple syrup.
7) Once combined, scoop and drop the cream cheese into different areas on top of the brownie mixture (Refer to video). Slightly swirl the cream cheese into the batter. Do not over swirl since both mixtures will start to combine together and the cream cheese will change colors.
8) Scatter the frozen raspberries on top.
9) Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degree's and then bake for an additional 10 minutes at 420 degree's. Stick a toothpick to see if the brownie is ready.
10) IMPORTANT: Let the brownie cool down before cutting into it, or else it wont hold a proper shape. IF you cannot wait, it will still taste delicious without a proper square shape!!!!!!! Enjoy!!
