HOW TO MAKE PORK LOMEIN/CHOW MEIN/PORK NOODLES 美味炒面
Delicious Pork Noodles 美味炒面 (3-4 servings) (YOU CAN SKIP THE MEAT PART IF YOU ARE VEGETARIAN)
Main Ingredients:
CHINESE NOODLE 3 SERVINGS (YOU CAN USE SPAGHETTI NOODLE INSTEAD)
PORK (2 OUNCE) (YOU CAN USE BEEF, PRAWN OR COMBINATION OF MEAT)
Vegetables ( ALL JULIEENNED/CUT IN THIN STRIPS)
ONIONS, CARROTS, CUCUMBER, SHIMEJI MUSHROOM (you can substitute with vegetables of your own like, OR you can use Coleslaw Mix instead)
Other Ingredients:
Pinch of GINGER SLICE AND CHOPPED SCALLION; Cumin Powder, Roasted Sesame Seeds
Preparation:
Season pork with salt, pepper, 1 TSP cornstarch and 1 TBSP water, marinate for 10 minutes
Cook noodles in boiling water according instruction on package until it is al dente.
STEP 1: heat oil in high heat until it reach 350F degree, fry the pork until it is all separated and cooked (about 1 minutes) set it on side.
STEP 2: leave about 2 TBSP oil in your Pan/Wok, add Ginger, Onion, Carrots, in medium heat, stir fry until it turns soft and smell the fragrance of onion, add rest of vegetables in and stir fry, add 1 TSB Salt, 2 TBSP Soy Sauce, 1 1/2 TBSP Dark Soy Sauce, keep stir fry and then add pork back to vegetables.
STEP 3: Add noodles into Pan/Wok to mix with vegetable, toss them well to absorb all the juice and sauce.
STEP 4: quick add 1 to 1 1/2 TSP Cumin Powder, drizzle some roasted Sesame Seeds and toss all the ingredients, then add chopped Scallion to garnish.
