1/2 pound hot bulk sausage 4 slices bacon 1 large onion
chopped 16 ounces butter beans :
drained 16 ounces pork and beans
undrained 15 1/2 ounces kidney beans :
drained 7 1/2 ounces tomatoes *
chopped 1/4 cup brown sugar :
packed 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard * May substitute 4 ounces of tomato sauce. Crumble sausage, chop bacon and fry. Reserve the drippings to cook onions until tender. Pour off excess fat. Combine meat, onions and remaining ingredients in a 2 quart casserole. Bake covered @ 375 for 40 minutes, uncovered for 20 minutes. I use a crockpot and simmer on low forever. Around 2 hours before serving I remove the lid and allow it to continue to simmer.

Making sausage with baked beans - quick and easy one pan brunch!
This quick but delicious one pan meal makes for the perfect weekend brunch - in fact we have it often and it is a firm family favourite! Best way to enjoy some spicy mutton sausages and make them go a little further.
Ingredients 5 mutton sausages 1/4 cup oil 1 small onion grated Handful curry leaves 1 large tomato, grated 1 can of baked beans 4 green chillies 1 tsp fine salt Dhania to garnish
Serve with hot roti or fresh bread. Best served hot straight out of the pan!

You have Got to try these DELICIOUS Cowboy Baked Beans with Beef, Bacon and Sausage. It is sure to Please the pickiest eater in your Family!

RECIPE~((Recipe can be halved)) 1 lb. 90/10 ground Beef 1 lb. Smoked bacon 1 lb. Smoked Sausage 1 large White Onion, Chopped 2~53oz. Pork and Beans 1 cup BBQ Sauce 1/2 cup brown Sugar 1/4 cup Molasses 1 tbs. yellow Mustard 3 crushed Garlic Cloves
Fry bacon until Crispy and set aside. Pour half of the bacon drippings in another container for another day. Put the large chopped white onion in remaining bacon drippings and fry for about a minute. Place the beef in with the onions and fry stirring Beef into the onions. When about 90% of the red is gone in the Beef add the Smoked Sausage. Stir in well for about a minute or two. Add 2~53 oz cans of Pork and Beans. Stir All together well. Add the rest of the ingredients, Stir well, and let it simmer for 1 hour on a low flame on the grill or Place in the oven @ 350° for 1 hour. ENJOY!!
