How To make Saute Chicken Livers with Onions & Mushrooms
1 lb Chicken livers
1/2 c Pancake flour (more or less)
1/2 ts Salt
2 ts Garlic powder
1/2 ts Pepper or dried basil
1 lg Onion; coarsely chopped
1 c Mushrooms; chopped
1/2 c Margarine OR
3 tb Olive oil (give or take)
* If using canned mushrooms, squeeze all liquid from mushrooms first. If using fresh, do not rinse, wipe clean instead. Mix pancake flour, garlic powder, salt and pepper in a bowl or plastic baggie. Coat livers in pancake mixture, coating thoroughly. Set aside on paper plate. Heat 2 Tb margarine or oil in a frying pan and saut onions until just clear. Remove onions and set aside. In a clean pan, heat 1/4 cup margarine or 3-4 Tb. oil on a medium to high heat. Place livers in pan side by side one at a time. As soon as edges start to brown turn livers over one at a time, put onions and mushrooms into pan and lower heat. If necessary add more margarine by adding slivers around the edge so as not cool down pan. Saut slowly and tenderly for another 2 or 3 minutes on a medium heat or until done. Remove from heat and serve immediately with a rice pilaf or alone as an appetizer. Source: Sheri Maurer - Mom's only dish! Typed by .\ichele

Ingredients For Creamy Chicken Livers
2 lb chicken livers sliced in half & white stuff removed
2 tbsp olive oil
1 medium onion
4 garlic cloves minced
½ cup heavy cream
¼ cup white wine
¼ tsp dried thyme
1 tsp paprika
salt and pepper to taste
fresh parsley to garnish

Chicken Liver or lamb liver recipe under 30 min, awesome tasty and very easy . It can be served with rice bread or chapati.
This is one of the tastiest recipes ever so we decided to share with everyone. hope you make it and be surprised with the amazing flavour. Although we used chilli in the recipe, but you can avoid if you don't like spicy.
Ingredients:
-Chicken or lamb #liver 1kg
-Oil 2 tbsp
-Onion 2 large
-Garlic 4 cloves
-Chilli 2 or 3 (optional)
-Stock cube 1 (vegetable or chicken whatever available)
-Paprika powder 50 gm
-Salt & pepper 50 gm
-Chopped tomato 250gm
-Water 1/4 cup
-Parsley 10 gm
Description: To cook heat up the oil and saute the onion, then add garlic, chilli, stock cube, paprika, salt and cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Once they are tempered add water and cook for about 15-minutes stir occasionally. at the end add parsley and finish cooking. Serve it with rice bread or chapati.
