Yum Woon Sen (Thai Glass Noodle Salad) is a popular Thai salad dish. The word “Yum” literally translates to “mix or toss”, which refers to a type of Thai salad. While “Woon Sen” means “glass noodles”.
Thai Glass Noodle Salad is my favorite Thai salad. It’s the perfect summer dish that everyone must eat.
Thai Glass Noodle Salad Recipe Written Recipe:

Serve 4-6
Prep time: 25
Cook time: 20
For the glass noodle salad:
6 ounces glass noodles
1 tablespoon avocado oil, or oil of your choice
5 tablespoons peanuts
3 tablespoons dried shrimp
½ pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
¼ pound ground pork
1 tablespoon fish sauce
½ small onion, sliced into thin slices
1 medium shallot, sliced into thin slices
2 stalks Chinese celery, sliced into thin slices, or replace with regular celery
8 small grape tomatoes, halved
¼ cup cilantro, chopped
For the dressing:
7 tablespoons lime juice
6 tablespoons fish sauce
1 ½ tablespoons palm sugar, or replace with granulated sugar
4 medium bird’s eye chilies, minced
3 garlic cloves, minced

Ginger Shrimp & Glass Noodles / Goong Ob Woon Sen
Ginger shrimp and glass noodles or in Thai is call , goong ob woonsen ( กุ้งอบวุ้นเส้น) is a classic Thai dish that’s easy to make and the best easy dish to impress people. It’s a simple dish with the flavors that really stand out in this dish are black pepper and ginger. Hope you enjoyed the recipe. #GoongObWoonSen #ThaiGlassNoodlesWithShrimp
Sauce:
1 Tbsp soy sauce
4 Tbsp oyster sauce
3 Tbsp black sweet soy sauce or dark soy sauce 1 Tbsp
½ Tbsp sugar
½ tsp salt
1 tsp toasted sesame oil
1 Tbsp chinese cooking wine (optional)
½ Tbsp black pepper
150 ml water
The Rest Ingredients
100 g dry glass noodles (bean vermicelli or bean threads)
8-10 medium shrimp, head on, shell on if possible
4-5 cilantro stems
5-6 cloves garlic
10 slices ginger
40 g Bacon
1 cup sliced green onionleaves
1 cup sliced Chinese celery leaves

Fried Glass Noodles Recipe - Stir fried Bean Thread Noodles With Egg - Bodian Life
Fried Glass Noodles - Easy, Quick And Flavorful Noodles Recipes !!!
▶ Ingredients :
● 250 g, Bean Thread Noodles / Glass Noodles
● 3 Chicken Eggs
● 100 g, Carrot
● 150 g, Cabbage
● 50 g, Red Onion
● 6 stems, Green Onion
● 1 tbsp, Sugar
● 1/2 tsp, Salt
● 1 tbsp, Soy Sauce
● 2 tbsp, Oyster Sauce
● 1 tsp, Dark Soy Sauce
● 1 tsp, Black Pepper Powder
● And Cooking Oil.
Method :
1. Soak in the water until tender, about 20-25 minutes and then drain the noodles.
2. Slice the cabbage into thinly strips.
3. Cut the carrot into small strips.
4. Slice the red onion into thinly slices.
5. Cut the green onion into small pieces.
6. Heat cooking oil in the pan, Fry the eggs until cooked, about 1-2 minutes. set aside.
7. Pour cooking oil again, Fry the vegetable until soft, about 1-2 minutes.
8. Add the noodles, Season with sugar, salt, soy sauce, oyster sauce, dark soy sauce and black pepper powder.
9. Cook for 5 minutes or until noodles are cooked and then add the fried eggs, stir fry a few seconds.
10. Sprinkle the green onion. Enjoy your meal !!!
