How To make Sliced Pork with Garlic and Chili Sauce
SLICED PORK WITH GARLIC & CH:
600 g Lean pork cut from leg of
-pork (top quality) 1 Cucumber
SAUCE:
2 tb Dark soy sauce
1 tb Sugar
2 tb Garlic (minced)
1 ts Sesame oil
1 ts Red chilli oil
1 ts Vinegar
1. Simmer soy sauce and sugar together until slightly thick, then mix
with other sauce ingredients. 2. Clean pork and simmer in stock or water for about 15 minutes, then
remove, cool and freeze (making it easier for subsequent slicing). 3. Cut cucumber into 12 stick shapes, removing seeds.
4. Thinly slice the pork into 12 slices and thaw.
5. Lay a cucumber stick on each pork slice, rolling and wrapping pork
around cucumber, trimming cucumber as necessary 6. Place in serving dish, and spoon sauce over.

INGREDIENTS:
☑ 2 Pounds of Pork Belly
☑ 1 Tbsp of Light Soy Sauce
☑ 1 Tbsp of Dark Soy Sauce
☑ 1 Teaspoon of Brown Sugar
☑ 5 Slices of Ginger
☑ 1 Bay Leaf
☑ 3 Star Anises
☑ 1 Bunch of Spring Onion
☑ 5 Cups of Water
GARLIC CHILI SAUCE:
☑ 2 Chili
☑ 1 Bunch of Spring Onion
☑ 3 Cloves of Garlic
☑ 4 Tablespoon of Light Soy Sauce
☑ 1 Tablespoon of Sesame Oil
METHOD STEPS:
1. Rub and wash the pork belly with clean water.
2. Boil 5 cups of water in the stockpot.
3. Place below ingredients into the stockpot.
☑ 2 Pounds of Pork Belly
☑ 1 Tbsp of Light Soy Sauce
☑ 1 Tbsp of Dark Soy Sauce
☑ 1 Teaspoon of Brown Sugar
☑ 5 Slices of Ginger
☑ 1 Bay Leaf
☑ 3 Star Anises
☑ 1 Bunch of Spring Onion
4. 35 minutes later.
5. Ice bath the cooked pork belly for 15 minutes.
6. Pat dry the pork after ice bath.
7. Slice the pork into 3mm (1/8-inch) thick slices.
8. Store in refrigerator until ready for the meal.
9. Prepare the GARLIC CHILI SAUCE:
→ Mince the garlic.
→ Finely chop the spring onion.
→ Cut Chili into small pieces.
→ Add 4 Tablespoon of Light Soy Sauce
→ Add 1 Tablespoon of Sesame Oil
10. Take the sliced pork out from the refrigerator to serve.
11. Drizzle the sauce on top of pork belly slices.

SO TASTY! Spicy Crispy Pork Belly With Onions and Soya Sauce Aunty Mary Cooks. When pork belly is fried until crispy, it tastes especially good when added to a good seasoning sauce. Ginger and chillies spice it up to a notch higher. This dish is very good with plain rice. Aunty Mary shows how to cook this easy recipe spicy pork belly with onions and soya sauce.
Ingredients
750g pork belly, remove skin, slice thinly
3-4 spring onions, cut into sections
3 medium onions, peel and cut into chunks
1/2 bulb garlic, peel and chop finely
1 knob ginger, slice thinly
1 Tbsp dried crushed chillies
Marinade for Pork
1/2 tsp salt
3 Tbsp corn starch
Seasoning Sauce
1&1/2 Tbsp sugar
1&1/2 Tbsp oyster sauce
1 Tbsp soya sauce
1/2 Tbsp dark soya sauce
Note:
1. Can add more crushed chillies if prefer more spicy
2. If prefer opinions to be more crunchy, don’t fry it too long.
