How To make Speedy Little Devils
1 pk Devil's food cake mix
1 Butter or margarine; melted
3/4 c Creamy peanut butter
1 Jars Marshmallow cream/7 oz
Combine melted butter and dry cake mix (let butter cool down a couple of minutes before adding to dry mix. Mixture should be crumbly. If butter is too hot, the result will be a sticky mass rather than a crumbly mixture.) Reserve 1 - 1/2 cups of this mixture for topping. Pat remaining crumb mixture into an ungreased 9 x 13 pan. Combine peanut butter and marshmallow creme and spread evenly over the crumb mixture in the pan. Crumble the reserved 1 - 1/2 cups of cake mixture over the peanut butter/marshmallow creme layer. Bake 20 minutes at 350~. Let cool, cut into bars, and serve one piece at a time. Makes 3 dozen bars. From: Best Recipes. -----

Chocolate Fudge Cake | Ninja Speedi
I've made it twice already.
And I'm making it again today, for the third time.
That's how nice it is.
The Changes I made:
- Coconut Oil instead of Sunflower Oil
- Date Powder instead of Brown Sugar
- I added Chocolate Chips
Ingredients:
115ml sunflower oil plus a little for greasing
500ml water
150g plain flour
50g cocoa powder
1½ teaspoons baking powder
½ teaspoon bicarbonate of soda
Pinch of salt
175g light soft brown sugar
2 medium eggs
115ml milk
75ml just boiled water
METHOD
STEP 1
Grease a Multi-Purpose Tin or 20cm cake tin with oil and line with baking parchment, then set aside.
STEP 2
Add 500ml water to pot. Push in the legs on the Cook & Crisp tray, then place the tray in the bottom position in the pot.
STEP 3
In a large bowl, sift together flour, cocoa, baking powder, bicarbonate of soda and a pinch of salt. Stir in sugar. In another large bowl, whisk together oil and eggs. Then whisk in the milk.
STEP 4
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry and whisk until smooth. Carefully pour over just boiled water and mix in. Pour cake batter into cake tin and place on tray.
STEP 5
Close the lid and flip the SmartSwitch to RAPID COOKER. Select STEAM BAKE and set time to 13minutes and temperature to 160˚C. Select START/STOP to begin cooking, (the unit will STEAM for approx. 8 minutes, before countdown timer begins).
STEP 6
The cake should be cooked when a cocktail stick is inserted in the centre and comes out clean. Allow to cool in tin, before turning out onto a serving tray.

DARK CHOCOLATE DEVIL'S FOOD CAKE COOKIES
Dark Chocolate Devil's Food Cake Cookies
1 Box Devil's Food Cake Mix
1 teaspoon instant Espresso Powder
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
4 ounces Cream Cheese, softened
1 stick (8 tablespoons) Butter, softened
1 Egg
1-1/2 cups Special Dark Chocolate Chips
1-1/4 cups Reese's Pieces
Place the cake mix, espresso powder, vanilla extract, cream cheese, butter and egg in a large mixing bowl. Using an electric mixer beat on low speed until incorporated. Stir in the chocolate chips and Reese's Pieces. Scoop out 2 tablespoon sized dough onto greased baking sheets. Bake at 350 degrees F for 13 to 15 minutes. Makes 42 cookies. Let cool completely before packing them into containers.
