How To make Tasty Pineapple Cake
1/2 c Reduced-calorie margarine;
Sugar substitute to equal -2 1/2 cups sugar, divided 2 Eggs
1 1/2 c All-purpose flour;
1 ts Baking powder;
1/2 ts Baking soda;
1/2 ts Salt;
1/2 c Milk;
4 sl Unsweetened Pineapple;
-canned drained Vegetable cooking spray. 1/2 c Unsweetened pineapple juice;
Cream margarine and 2 tablespoons sugars substitute until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at time, beating well at medium speed of an electric mixer. Combine flour, baking powder, soda and salt. Add to creamed mixture alternately with milk, beginning and ending with flour mixture. Beat at low speed after each addition. Cut pineapple into 1/2" pieces and gently fold into batter. Spoon batter into a 6-cup
Bundt pan or heavy ring mold coated with cookin spray. Bake at 350 degrees 45 to 50 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Combine pineapple juice and remaining 1 tablespoon sugar substitute, stirring until sugar substitute dissolves. Remove cake from oven and immediately pour juice cake from pan and cool completely on a wire rack. Recipe :
Eggless Pineapple Cake
Preparation Time: 10 minutes + 2 hours
Cooking Time: 4 minutes
Serves: 5-6
Ingredients:
1 cup Flour
1 tsp Baking Powder
pinch Salt
1 cup Sugar
1 cup Buttermilk
1 tsp Vanilla Essence
1/4 cup Oil
1/4 cup Sugar Syrup
1 tbsp Cornflour
1/4 cup Pineapple Crush
Method:
Sieve together the Flour, Baking powder, salt and set aside.
Mix together the butter milk and sugar till the sugar is completely dissolved.
Add the baking soda to the buttermilk mixture and allow to stand for 5 minutes till you see bubbles appearing.
Add the Vanilla essence to the butter milk mixture.
Mix the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix to make a smooth consistent batter.
Add the oil to the batter and mix in.
Pour the batter into a prepared 7” mould and Microwave at High for 4 minutes. You can also bake it in a pre-heated oven at a temperature of 180C for 35-40 minutes till a skewer inserted in the middle comes out clean. You can also bake this in a pre-heated pressure cooker for the same time.
Cool the baked cake for 2 hours.
Slice the cake into two layers.
Chop the pineapple slices into tit bits.
Place the first layer of cake on the board.
Drench with 4 tbsp sugar syrup from the Pineapple tin.
Cover with a layer of whipped cream. Scatter chopped Pineapples over the whipped cream and place the 2nd layer of cake on top.

eggs - 2 large
pineapple paste or pureed - 1/2 cup
salt - 1/4 teaspoon
sugar - 1/2 cup
unsalted butter - 1/2 cup (softened)
vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
to grease pan:
softened unsalted butter - 1 teaspoon
pan size:
8 in L x 3.75 in W x 2.38 in W - loaf pan
bake at 350 F - 40 to 45 minutes

Today's recipe pineapple cake
Ingredients :
For sponge Cake:
Maida - 1/2 കപ്പ്
baking powder - 1/2 tsp
pinch of salt
egg - 2
powdered sugar - 1/2 cup
vegetable oil - 2 Tbsp
pineapple essence - 1/2 tsp
6 inch baking tin
For sugar syrup & filling :
pineapple - 1/2 portion
sugar - 3/4 cup
water - 1 cup
separate water and pineapple.
water for sugar syrup and pineapple for filling
For Frosting -:
whipping cream - 3/4 cup
sugar - 2 tbsp
For ganache :
white chocolate - 1/2 cup
whipping cream - 1/4 cup
butter - 1 tsp

No Oven Fresh Pineapple Cream Cake | Bakery Style Pineapple Cake Recipe
Hi everyone, in this The Terrace Kitchen video, we will see a recipe of decadent pineapple cake. I have used canned pineapple for this recipe which is slightly cooked in sugar water. This process enhances taste of the pineapple and eventually your cake would taste better compared to freshly cut pineapple.

INGREDIENTS:
• ½ Cup + 2 Tbsp Milk (दूध)
• 2 Tsp White Vinegar (सिरका)
• 2 Tbsp Milk Powder (दूध पाउडर)
• ½ Cup + 1 Tbsp Powdered Sugar (पीसी हुई चीनी)
• ¼ Cup Oil (तेल)
• Few drops of Pineapple Essence (पाइनएप्पल एसेंस)
• 1 Cup All Purpose Flour (मैदा)
• 1 Tsp Baking Powder (बेकिंग पाउडर)
• ¼ Tsp Baking Soda (मीठा सोडा)
• 4-5 Pineapple Slices (अनानास)
• ½ Cup Whipping Cream (व्हिप्पिंग क्रीम)
• Some Cherries or Karonda (चेरी या करोंदा)

BAKING INSTRUCTIONS:
• OTG/Convection: Preheat at 180°C for 10 min. Then bake for 25-30 min.
• Kadhai/Cooker(No whistle & gasket): Preheat at medium flame for 10 min. Bake at medium flame for 10 min & then at low flame for 35-40 min.
