How To make No Bake Lemon Cheesecake
1 cup cornflakes or graham cracker crumbs
2 tablespoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/3 cup melted margarin
1 package cream cheese -- , softened
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1/3 cup lemon juice
1 teaspoon vanilla
Mix together crumbs, sugar, and cinnamon add margarine and blend. Set aside 2 t ablespoons of mixture. Line bottom of 9-inch pan wih crumbs. Refrigerate. Bea t cheese until fluffy, blend in milk, blend in lemon juice and vanilla. Pour i nto chilled crust. Sprinkle with set aside crumbs. Regrigerate at least 3 hou rs before serving. May be doubled and put in 9x13-inch pan.

份量: 一個6吋蛋糕 Makes one 6-inch cake
材料 Ingredients:
牛油(黄油) 30克 Butter 30g
消化餅乾 5塊 (63克) Digestive Biscuits 5 pieces (63克g)
忌廉芝士(奶油奶酪)(室溫)180克 Cream Cheese (at room temp) 180g
糖 60克 Sugar 60g
牛奶 90毫升 Milk 90ml
檸檬 1 個 1 Lemon
- 檸檬汁 20毫升 Lemon Juice 20ml
- 檸檬皮碎1茶匙(2克) Lemon peel pieces 1 tsp (2g)
魚膠片(吉利丁) 3.5片 (7克) Gelatin Sheets 3.5 pieces (7g)
淡忌廉(鮮奶油) 150毫升 Whipping Cream 150ml

NO BAKE Lemon Cheesecake: light and fluffy! | The Recipe Rebel

Ingredients
Crust
2 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs (375g)
1/2 cup butter melted
Filling:
3 packages cream cheese (24oz or 750g total) full fat
1 1/2 cups powdered icing sugar
3 tablespoons fresh squeezed lemon juice (about 1 lemon)
zest of 2 lemons (1 if you want a milder flavor)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3/4 cup heavy whipping cream (30-35% fat ONLY)
Instructions
Line a 9 Springform pan with parchment paper — optional but makes for easy removal once set!
Combine graham cracker crumbs and butter and press into prepared pan, and about 1/2 up the sides.
In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese with an electric mixer on medium speed until smooth.
Add the powdered sugar, lemon juice, lemon zest, and vanilla and beat until smooth.
In a separate medium-sized bowl, beat the heavy cream on high until stiff peaks form. Add the whipped cream to the bowl with the cream cheese and use a spatula to gently fold it together, being careful not to deflate the cream.
Taste the filling, and add more sugar or more lemon zest if you want it sweeter or more lemony.
Pour filling into crust, cover and refrigerate until set, at least 6 hours or overnight is even better! Serve with sweetened whipped cream.

500g cream cheese or labneh cheese
200 ml cream
1/2 + 1/4 Cup sugar
1 tbsp flour
1 tbsp starch
2 eggs
1 tsp poppy seed (optional)
1/3 cup lemon juice
1/3 cup water
1 egg yolks
1 tbsp starch
1/2 tsp turmeric
1/2 tbsp butter

BASE CHEESECAKE:
80g biscotti
30g burro
CREMA CHEESECAKE:
200g formaggio spalmabile
60g zucchero
5g gelatina in fogli
25g acqua fredda
200g panna fresca
5g succo di limone
LEMON CURD:
1 uovo
50g zucchero
50g succo di limone
50g burro
2g gelatina in fogli
10g acqua fredda
CREMA AL MASCARPONE:
60g mascarpone
60g panna fresca
10g zucchero
DOSI PER: 5/6 PERSONE
DIAMETRO STAMPO: 14 cm
N.B: ci tengo a scusarmi nuovamente per l'assenza di lunedi ma come avevo detto ho avuto un problema con l'audio del video! Oggi ti propongo questa cheesecake al limone, scala la vetta tra le mie cheesecake preferite! Il gusto è fresco ma allo stesso tempo molto goloso, il lemon curd è perfetto per questo tipo di preparazione.
La preparazione è molto semplice, come sempre (non mi stancherò mai di ripertelo) i momenti di riposo sono fondamentali per ottenere un risultato perfetto! La parte più complicata è la cottura del lemon curd, dovrai fare attenzione a non superare gli 85°C. In caso contrario l'uovo formerà dei grumi ed il gusto sarà spiacevole al palato.
Una volta trascorse le ore in freezer con delicatezza togli il foglio di acetato attorno alla torta, decora a piacimento con la crema al mascarpone e poi riponi nuovamente in frigorifero per qualche ora prima di poterla mangiare. In questo modo la consistenza tornerà morbida e i tutti i sapori si sentiranno alla perfezione!

Lemon Cheesecake has to be one of my favourite no bake cheesecakes
Topped with candied lemons and a tart lemon syrup and it is just heavenly.
No Fancy equipment is needed to make these cute little cheesecakes but if you want to scale it up a bit and make a large 8 inch version it couldn't be easier - just double the quantities and Voila! all done.
