How To make Cinnamon Chocolate Marble Cake
DEBBIE HOLLAND HXRH11B 16 oz Pound cake mix
1 1/2 ts Vanilla extract
2 oz Semi-sweet chocolate, melted
....and cooled 1/2 ts Cinnamon
CINNAMON CHOCOLATE GLAZE.... 1 oz Semi-sweet chocolate
1 1/2 tb Butter
1/2 c Powdered sugar
1/2 ts Vanilla
1/8 ts Cinnamon
2 tb Hot water
1. Grease and flour a 9x5x3 inch loaf pan. Prepare cake batter according
to package directions; add vanilla. Place about one-third of the batter in medium bowl;stir in melted chocolate. STir cinnamon into remaining (plain) batter. Pour cinnamon batter into prepared loaf pan; spoon chocolate batter on top. Swirl batter with a knife. Bake in 325* oven for 45 to 50 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan for 10 minutes. Remove cake from pan and place on wire rack; cool completely. Drizzle with Cinnamon Chocolate Glaze. 2. Place chocolate and butter in small microwave safe bowl. Microwave on

Chocolate Marble Pound Cake
The chocolate marble cake recipe, pan size (18 x 9 cm / 7 x 3.5 in)
2 eggs (100g without shells)
30g milk (2 tbsp)
1 tsp vanilla extract
10g cocoa powder (1 tbsp + 1 tsp)
20g caster sugar (1.5 tbsp)
20g hot water (1.5 tbsp)
110g all purpose flour (1 cup)
110g caster sugar (1/2 cup + 1 tbsp)
1 tsp baking powder
1/8 tsp salt
110g butter (1/2 cup)
90g semi sweet coating chocolate (2/3 cup)
40g heavy cream (3 tbsp)

For this Butter Marble Cake Recipe, I used good quality butter as it gives a good taste and flavor for Butter Marble Cake. The butter must be soft enough at room temperature before creaming it with the sugar. I used salted butter for this marble cake recipe, and the cake would not be salty even though I used salted butter as the amount of salt in 250 gm of butter is very less. You may use unsalted butter too. Please watch the video till the end to get the tips and explanation on how to make a marble butter cake.
