Crispy Almond Cookies (No Florentine) | Easy Baking
These crispy almond cookies are very addictive and are impossible to stop at once. Each cookie layered with flaked almonds which give it an unbelievable crunch.
The recipe is super simple and easy to make, even an amateur able to succeed at the first attempt!
✅INGREDIENTS:
Egg White - 75g (2 large egg or 3 if small)
Powdered sugar-50g (can add/reduce per personnel preference)
Corn oil or melted unsalted butter-10g
Cake flour(Sifted)- 30g
Salt - ¼ tsp (2g)
Almond slices - 100g

✅Tips:
1) It is better to spread the batter thin. Try to spread the almond flakes evenly in a single layer to give a real thin layer, and of utmost importance, it is easier to control the time to bake a more uniform color and achieve true crunch.
2) If prefer compact bite, can remain the thickness.
Bake in a preheated oven
Baking Temperature: 160°C
Baking Time: 20-25 minutes
Note: Baking time may vary by type of oven, do monitor the color change

Florentine Lace Cookies
Florentine Lace Cookies are also called Lace Cookies because of the pattern of the cookies that is formed when they are baked. Florentine lace cookies can be made with either oatmeal or with almond flour. Oatmeal is a cheaper alternative but still equally as good as almond meal. It is a matter of personal preference. Mixing these cookies is very easy. You do not even need a mixer. Baking the cookies however, will take patience since you can bake only a few pieces at a time. Please give the cookies enough space to spread out in your cookie sheet. Put together the Florentine cookies with melted chocolates. The quality of your melted chocolate will determine the quality of your cookies. Keep these cookies inside the refrigerator to keep them crisp. They will last for at least 2 - 3 months in your refrigerator or 5 months in the freezer. That is, if you can control yourself from eating them because they are so addictive!

Lace Cookies Baked in 7 minutes I No Eggs I No Baking Powder I No Baking Soda
Lace Cookies
As thin as wafers, these Lace Cookies are Eggless and do not require baking powder nor baking soda. 7-8 min should be suffice to bake these beautiful crunchy thin Lace Cookies.
Ingredients:
You can order these ingredients online from-
2 tbs butter (Subtitles say 2 tsp that’s typing error)
3 tbs brown sugar
1 tsp honey
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
1 tbs plain flour (maida)
1/3 cup almond(dry roasted & finely chopped)
Method :
Heat up the pan to make sugar syrup
Add 2 tbs ank butter
Add 3 tbs brown sugar
Add 1 tsp honey, keep stirring until sugar dissolves
Turn off the stove
Add 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
(You can also try almond/coffee/brandy essence as per your choice).
Add 1 tbs plain flour (maida)
Add 1/3 cup almond(dry roasted & finely chopped) and mix it well.
Further take a baking tray, place a parchment paper in it.
Take a measuring spoon, take mixture in the spoon(approx 1tsp) and place it in the tray.
Make more round shape cookies.
Preheat oven @180⁰ and bake cookies for 7-8 mins.
Further remove the tray out of the oven, rest it for 5 mins to cool down.

ALMOND LACE COOKIES | FLORENTINE COOKIES | SLURP RECIPES
Almond Lace Cookies are very thin and crunchy cookies. They can be made in different ways by using nuts and flour or by oats and flour. They are very light and easy to make cookies.
Ingredients
2 Tbsp- Unsalted Butter
1/3 Cup- Almonds
1 Tbsp- Flour
3 Tbsp- Light Brown sugar
Pinch of sea salt
1 Tsp- Honey
1 Tsp- Vanilla essence or extract
Direction
• Preheat oven to 350 F. Line the baking sheet with parchment paper
• Take a pan add butter, brown sugar, and mix them on a low flame. Then add honey and mix again. Bring it to a boiling point.
• Remove from heat and stir in flour and finely chopped almond.
• For cookies, drop a tsp batter for each cookie and place them into the sheet with some space of at least 2 inches. They will really spread while baking.
• Bake at 7-8 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool them on the drying rack. They will be very soft and delicate when they came out.
• Will get hard and crisp once cooled down. Transfer them into an airtight container. They will keep well for about a week.
