Сегодня в меню-Простой, но очень Вкусный и Легкий Яблочный пирог...
*Способ приготовления (ингредиенты -внутри видео):
Яйцо, щепотку соли и сахар взбить миксером.
Добавить цедру лимона, молоко и одну порцию растопленного сливочного масла. Перемешать все миксером.
Добавить муку -постепенно. Перемешать. Порезать яблоки на тонкие дольки. Взбрызнуть порезанные яблоки лимонным соком. Посыпать их корицей. Перемешать .Добавить в смесь яйца разрыхлитель и перемешать. Опустить все порезанные яблоки в смесь яйца и хорошо перемешать. Смазываем форму сливочным маслом и выкладываем в нее порезанные яблоки.
Распределяем их равномерно. В конце заливаем второй порцией растопленного сливочного масла. В разогретую на 180 градусов духовку ставим пирог на 55-60 минут. После извлечения из духовки можно слегка посыпать пирог сахарной пудрой.

* Baking method (ingredients - inside the video):
Egg, pinch of salt and sugar, beat with a mixer.
Add lemon zest, milk and one serving of melted butter. Mix everything with a mixer.
Add flour - gradually. Stir. Cut the apples into thin slices. Sprinkle the sliced apples with lemon juice. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Stir. Add baking powder to the mix and stir.
Dip all the chopped apples into the egg mix and stir well.
Grease the mold with butter and put the chopped apples into it.
Distribute them evenly. At the end, pour the second portion of melted butter. Put the cake in a preheated 180 degrees oven for 55-60 minutes. After removing from the oven, you can lightly sprinkle the cake with powdered sugar.

ביצה, קורט מלח וסוכר, מקציפים במיקסר.
מוסיפים גרידת לימון, חלב ומנת חמאה מומסת ומערבבים הכל במיקסר.
מוסיפים קמח - בהדרגה -מערבבים .חותכים את התפוחים לפרוסות דקות מפזרים מיץ לימון. את התפוחים הפרוסים מפזרים בקינמון ,מערבבים ,מוסיפים אבקת אפייה לתערובת ומערבבים. טובלים את כל התפוחים הקצוצים בתערובת הביצים ומערבבים היטב. משמנים את התבנית בחמאה ומכניסים לתוכה את התפוחים הקצוצים.
מחלקים אותם באופן שווה. בסוף מוזגים את החלק השני של החמאה המומסת. מכניסים את העוגה לתנור שחומם מראש ל -180 מעלות למשך 55-60 דקות. לאחר הוצאתה מהתנור ניתן לפזר מעט את העוגה באבקת סוכר.

The baking session is followed by a Q&A with Rukhl and Forward National & Food Editor, Rob Eshman where the two discuss the cake’s history and relevance. Both the demonstration and the Q&A are in English.

Ingredients:
1 pint heavy cream
1 cup whole milk
1 packet (2.8 oz.) Israeli vanilla instant pudding mix
1 package (4.2 oz.) of plain, whole wheat, chocolate or orange-
flavored Israeli tea biscuits
1/2 cup milk (for dipping the biscuits)
Dark chocolate, grated
Instructions:
-Combine the cream, 1 cup of milk and vanilla pudding mix in a large mixing bowl.
-Whip the cream mixture until stiff peaks form.
-Pour the 1/2 cup of milk into a small bowl and dip each biscuit in the milk for 3 seconds.
-Place the biscuits in a single layer on the bottom of an oblong 13 x 9 inch baking pan.
-Spread some of the whipped cream over the biscuits and place another layer of dipped biscuits on top.
-Repeat until all the cream is finished, ending with the cream.
-Sprinkle the grated chocolate on top and store in the refrigerator until ready to serve.

2 / eggs
65g / granulated sugar (4+1/2 tablespoons)
8g / vanilla sugar ( 1/2 tablespoon)
A pinch of salt
Mix well
100ml / milk (1/2cup - 1 tablespoons )
40ml / vegetable oil ( 3 tablespoons)
80g / all-purpose flour (1/2 cup)
10g / baking powder ( 1,5 tablespoons)
Mix well
1 teaspoon / orange zest
3-4 / sweet apples
Pour into the batter and mix well!
Bake in the preheated oven at 180 ° C / (356 ° F) for 50-55 minutes!
