1 c Flour
1/4 ts Salt
1 1/2 ts Baking powder
1 tb Butter; melted
1/2 c Milk
1 Egg; beaten
1/2 ts Vanilla
1 1/4 c Applesauce
Sift flour, salt and baking powder. Combine butter, milk and egg. Stir into flour. Add vanilla and applesauce. Beat well. Spoon batter onto a hot, well greased griddle, allowing enough batter to make 4 " cakes. When edges are lightly browned, turn and cook on second side. Ingredients:
- 1 Apple
- 2 Eggs
- 30g Sugar (2+1/2 Tbsp)
- Add 1 Tsp vanilla extract
- 100ml Milk
- 150g all purpose flour (1 cup)
- 1 Tbsp baking powder
Instructions:
1. Peel an apple
2. Grate the apple
3. In a bowl, break 2 eggs
4. Add 30g Sugar (2+1/2 Tbsp)
5. Add 1 Tsp vanilla extract
6. Mix well
7. Add 100ml Milk
8. Mix well
9. 150g all purpose flour (1 cup)
10. Add 1 Tbsp baking powder
11. Mix well
12. Stir in the shredded apples
13. Mix well
14. Warm a little oil or butter in a non-stick pan
15. Saute the pancakes for 2-3 minutes per side
16. Sprinkle icing sugar

Oatmeal Apple Pancakes Recipe
Ingredients:
1 cup organic oats
1 1/3 cup almond flour
1 cup unsweetened organic apple sauce
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. maple syrup
2 pastured eggs
2 Tbsp. butter, melted
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1 organic apple, grated or finely chopped
Water or milk alternative to thin the batter as needed.

Directions: Place the oats in a blender and mix until it turns into a flour. Then add all the other ingredients except the apple. Blend until smooth. Stir in the grated apple.
Heat a large frying pan over medium high heat. Add 1 or 2 teaspoons of olive oil to the pan and swirl the oil. Add a scoop of pancake batter and spread it out if it's thick. Cook until bubbles rise to the surface and the batter looks dry. Flip and cook another few minutes until the second side is golden brown. Place on a warm plate to keep warm. Serve with butter and maple syrup. Enjoy!
