3/4 cup dark brown sugar
2 pcs whole eggs
approximately 1 1/2 cups (500 grams) peeled overripe bananas
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup heavy cream
2 teaspoons white vinegar
1 cup walnuts, coarsely chopped (optional)
• Grease with butter or vegetable oil shortening, and line with heatproof parchment paper three pieces 7X3 loaf pans
• Bake at 400 F for 15 minutes, then lower the temperature to 350F, and bake for another 20-30 minutes, or until the top exterior of the cake is almost firm to the touch.

Banana Crumble Cake
Banana Crumble Cake!
Ingredients - 2 cups flour, 2 tsp baking powder, 1 cup powdered sugar, 100 GM's butter, pinch salt, 1/2 cup milk, 1 ripe banana, 2 eggs, and 2tsp vanilla extract.
Preheat oven to 180C
Let's start - mix all dry ingredients, sieve them and set aside. Beat butter and sugar until it's pale and fluffy ( arm exercise), add eggs one after the other and beat it like you mean it. Add milk and beat it again(the kind of that will scare everyone in the house, it's not like they will get sacred) now add Vanilla extract and mix. Add the dry mixture little by little and mix gently ( like when you massage for relaxation) add mashed ripe banana and fold gently.
Now throw, sorry don't throw, pour the batter into a cake pan and bake it for 40 minutes. Serve it with any frosting of your choice.
Have fun eating y'all
