Recipe:
250 g all-purpose flour (1 cup + 1/2 cup+ 3 tbsps)
90 g sugar (1/2 cup)
1 egg
40 g milk (3 tbsps)
80 g butter (1/4 cup + 2 tbsp)
8 g baking powder (2 tsp)
1 tsp vanilla extract
orange or lemon zest
sesame seeds
*For guaranteed results, it is strongly suggested to use grams as the unit of measurement.

egg whites - 6 pieces
flour - 110 g (4 oz)
sugar - 130 g (4.6 oz)
oil - 35 ml (1.15 fl oz)
baking powder - 8 g (0.29 oz)
vanilla essence - 5 ml (1 tsp)
salt - 3 g (0.11 oz)
coconut - 20 g (0.7 oz)
Tray size 24 x 30 cm (9.45x12 in)
Shape size 22 X 28 cm (8.66x11 in)
In the oven 180°C (356 °F) for 25 min
for the cream:
yolks - 5 pieces
sugar - 200 g (7 oz)
starch - 80 g (2.82 oz)
vanilla essence - 5 ml (1 tsp)
salt - 3 g (0.11 oz)
milk - 500 ml (16.9 fl oz)
divide the cream in two parts:
butter - 200 g (7 oz) (100 g (3.5 oz) + 100 g (3.5 oz))
chocolate - 200 g (7 oz)
whipped cream - 250 g (1.76 oz)
coconut - 30 g (1 oz)
for the syrup:
milk - 150 g (5.3 oz)
biscuits - 150 g (5.3 oz)

How to make Queen Elizabeth’s Favorite Cake:
Chocolate biscuit cake:
- First, crush up
2 cups of rich tea biscuits or sweet cookies
- Then whisk

- And add
1 cup of softened unsalted butter
- Followed by 1 cup of granulated sugar
- Mix all ingredients together thoroughly
- On a double boiler, melt 1 cup of dark chocolate
- Add you egg and sugar mixture to the double boiler
- Mix all ingredients together until fully combined
- Now mix in your crushed rich tea biscuits
- Add the contents of the double boiler to your cake form
- Chill the cake in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours

Remove the cake from the refrigerator and let it stand
Chocolate glaze frosting:
- In a double boiler, melt
2 cups of dark chocolate, for coating
- Pour the melted chocolate over the cake and smooth the top and sides using a palette knife
- Allow the chocolate to set at room temperature
- Your Queen Elizabeth cake is now ready to serve!
