Flourless Peanut Butter Brownie Bites
The combination of two of our favourite things — peanut butter and chocolate! Trust us, these Flourless Peanut Butter Brownie Bites will be your new favourite treat.
Made using the Cordless Pro Hand Blender.
- 2 apples - 1 banana - 1/4 cup of peanut butter - 1/2 cup of cacao powder - 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup - 1 tsp of baking soda - Handful of chocolate chips
Method:
STEP 1 Chop the apples, put them in a pot, and just about cover them with water. Bring to a boil and simmer until nice and soft.
STEP 2 Transfer the softened apples to your Cordless Pro Hand Blender mini chopper attachment and blend until you create a purée.
STEP 3 Add the purée, banana, peanut butter, honey, and baking soda and blend in your Cordless Pro Hand Blender blending jug.
STEP 4 Pour over cupcake cases and add chocolate chips to the top. Bake for 20 minutes at 180C and let cool.
