In this video, I'll be showing you how to make Reese's Peanut Butter Brownies. A fudgy brownie with peanut butter swirls makes the perfect treat for any day of the week!
Makes 16 servings
INGREDIENTS 1/2 cup all-purpose flour 1/3 cup cocoa powder 1/4 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. baking powder 1/2 cup unsalted butter 3/4 cups milk chocolate chips 3/4 cup granulated sugar 2 eggs 1 tsp. vanilla extract 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter, natural 2 tbsp. sugar 6 Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups
INSTRUCTIONS Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease and line an 8×8 inch square pan. Chop the Reese’s into small chunks. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder. Melt together unsalted butter and chocolate chips in the microwave. In a large bowl, whisk the melted chocolate mixture, sugar, eggs and vanilla. Stir in the dry ingredients until combined. Pour the batter into the prepared pan. Mix the peanut butter and 2 tbsp. sugar. Place dollops of the mixture on top of the brownie batter, then use a knife to swirl. Sprinkle with Reese’s bits. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs. Let cool in pan for 5 minutes, then transfer onto a wire rack to cool for 20- 30 minutes until slightly firm and warm.

Slice cookie dough into 12 portions. Press the dough into a lined cupcake tins. Place a peanut butter cup upside down on top of the cookie dough. Evenly distribute brownie batter into each well.
