How To make Capelli D'Angelo with Thai Chicken
1 tb Vegetable oil
1 lb Boneless, skinless chicken
-breasts, cubed 1 cn Chicken broth (10 oz.)
2 tb Liquid honey
1 tb Soy sauce
1/4 c Peanut butter
1 tb Corn starch
1 ts Ground ginger
1 Green onions, sliced
2 Cloves garlic, minced
1/2 Red pepper, cut into
-julienne strips 1 pk (375 g) Catelli Capelli
-d'Angelo In skillet, heat oil; saute chicken until golden. Remove chicken; set aside and keep warm. In clean skillet, combine broth, honey, and soy sauce; whisk in peanut butter, corn starch and ginger. Add green onions and garlic; cook stirring constantly, over low heat until blended and smooth. Add red pepper and reserved chicken; cook and stir until just bubbly and thickened. Cook Capelli d'Angelo according to package directions. Spoon chicken mixture over Capelli d'Angelo and serve topped with parsley. Makes 6 servings.

INGREDIENTS
- 1 pouch of Palmini Angel Hair
- 4 Italian chicken sausages sliced
- ~1 cup sliced baby portabella mushrooms
- 1/2 of a red onion sliced
- 1/2 of a red bell pepper sliced
- 1/2 of a yellow bell pepper sliced
- ~3-4 tbsp of minced garlic
- Extra virgin olive oil
- ~2 tbsp of butter
- Salt & pepper
- ~3-4 tbsp chopped parsley
- ~Fresh grated parmesan
Note: Measurements are estimated. Adjust ingredients to your liking.
DIRECTIONS
1. Add the veggies to a large skillet over medium heat with a good drizzle of olive oil. Let them cook down for 4-6 minutes mixing every couple minutes then season and add in the minced garlic. Give a good mix then look for another few minutes.
3. Next, push the veggies to the side and drizzle in a bit more olive oil then add in the chicken sausage. Let it crisp for a few minutes then mix together with the veggies, lower the heat and add in the butter.
4. Rinse and strain the Palmini Angel Hair then add that to the pan. Mix and combine. Drizzle in a little bit more olive oil and fresh sprinkle in some chopped parsley. Combine and let cook for 4-5 minutes mixing frequently.
5. Taste and adjust accordingly. Add more seasonings, butter or olive oil if needed.
6. Plate it up. Grate some fresh parm on top, garnish with parsley and ENJOY! ????????

How we made this lower calorie:
➡️ We're using chicken breast and prawns, as they're leaner protein sources.
➡️ Vermicelli noodles are traditionally used for rice paper rolls. We replaced it with angel hair konjac noodles as they're incredibly lower-calorie and we promise you... you won't even be able to tell the difference!
➡️ For the dipping sauce, we replaced white sugar with Splenda.
Ingredients for the Rice Paper Roll:
Rice paper
Chicken breast
Peeled, tail off prawns
Lettuce
Konjac noodles
Cucumber
Coriander
Ingredients for the dipping sauce:
Minced garlic
1-2 chopped red chilli
4 tablespoons of fish sauce
6 tablespoons of water
2-3 packets of Splenda (start with 2 packets and adjust to your taste)
Juice of half a lime

Ingredients
12 oz. bag X large deveined, peeled shrimp
4 oz. angel hair pasta
2 tbsp. olive oil
2 garlic cloves, chopped.
1 large shallot, sliced.
½ tsp. chili flakes
¼ tsp. lemon juice
¼ cup white wine
1 tbsp. caper
½ cup cherry or grape tomatoes halved
½ cup chicken stock
2 tbsp. basil chopped.
