- softened 1/2 ts Celery seed
1/4 ts Paprika
1/4 ts Parsley flakes; dried
4 Hot dog rolls, sliced
In a mixing bowl, combine butter, celery seed paprika and parsley flakes, stirring well to blend. Spread on cut sides of each roll. Place on baking sheet; broil until golden brown.

- 1 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 cup water
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1/2 tsp celery seed
- 1 tsp mustard seed
- 1/4 red pepper flakes
- 3/4 tsp whole cloves
- 1 tbsp kosher salt

• 2.5 lbs of 4- to 6-inch pickling cucumbers
• 1.25 lbs thinly sliced onions 2 large onions
• 2 stalks celery 80 g
• 1 red bell pepper 150 g
• 1/4 cup canning or pickling salt
• 3/4 cup white vinegar (5% acidity)
• 3/4 cup apple cider vinegar (5% acidity)
• 1 1/2 cups sugar
• 1/4 cup brown sugar
• 2 tsp mustard seed
• 1 1/2 tsp celery seed
• 1 1/2 tsp ground turmeric
