1 cup Packed brown sugar
3/4 cup Butter or margarine -- softene
1 Egg
2 tablespoons Milk
1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
2 cups All-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon Baking soda
1/2 cup Maraschino cherries

1/2 cup Pecans :
chopped
1/2 cup Flaked coconut
Recipe by: TASTE OF HOME In a large mixing bowl, cream brown sugar, butter, egg, milk and vanilla. Combine flour, salt and baking soda, gradually add to creamed mixture. Fold in cherries, pecans and coconut. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheets. Bake at 375 degrees for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.

Ingredients(yields 40 cookies)
1 stick(114g) Unsalted butter - room temperature
45g Powdered sugar
½ Egg - room temperature
140g Cake flour
80g Chopped maraschino cherries
40g Semi sweet chocolate chips
40g Silvered almond
*Bake 15min at 340F
간단한 재료로 누구나 예쁘고 맛있게 만들 수 있는 체리쿠키입니다.
고소한 버터향이 솔솔~식힘망 위에 쿠키를 식히려고 올려놓았더니 어느새 가족들이 하나둘씩 손을 뻗어 사라진 쿠키들!ㅎㅎ도저히 하나만 먹을 수 없는, 넘넘 맛있는 쿠키^^
하나의 반죽을 둘로 나눠서 하나는 초콜릿칩을 넣어 체리 초코칩 쿠키를, 다른 하나에는 아몬드 슬라이스를 넣어서 체리 아몬드 쿠키를 만들었어요. 선물용으로도 좋겠죠?^^
체리쿠키
재료(쿠키 40개용)
무염버터 114g - 실온상태
분당 45g
계란 반개(25g) - 실온상태
박력분 140g
칵테일용 체리 작게 다진것 80g
초콜릿칩 40g
아몬드 슬라이스(slivered almond) 40g
*도우를 냉동했다가 썰어굽는 쿠키로, 전날 미리 만들어 두셔도 좋습니다.
*한가지 주의할 점은 재료 준비할때 칵테일용으로 많이 사용되는 병체리를 꼭지를 떼고 작게 다진 후 물기를 페이퍼타월 위에 올려 물기를 제거해주세요. 물기가 많으면 반죽이 질어질 수 있습니다.
1. 버터를 핸드믹서로 부드럽게 풀어준 후, 분당을 넣어 믹싱해줍니다. 계란을 조금씩 넣어가며 완전히 섞이도록 믹싱해 준 다음 박력분을 체쳐서 넣고 주걱으로 섞어줍니다. 가루가 거의 보이지 않으면 다진 체리를 넣고 섞어줍니다.
2. 도우의 반을 다른 볼에 담고, 한볼에는 초콜릿칩을 다른 볼에는 아몬드 슬라이스를 넣어 섞어줍니다.
3. 유산지 위에 각 도우를 올려 약 18센티되는 직사각형 기둥으로 모양을 잡아준 다음 30분 이상 냉동해둡니다.
4. 쿠키 구울 준비가 되면 오븐을 화씨 340도(섭씨 170도)로 예열하고, 베이킹 팬 위에 종이호일/실리콘매트 깔아준비합니다. 냉동실에 넣어두었던 도우는 실온에 10분 정도 꺼내두었다가 0.5센티 두께로 썰어 베이킹 팬에 올려줍니다.
5. 예열된 오븐에 넣고 15분 구워준 후, 식힘망에 올려 완전히 식혀줍니다.

Ingredients:
Refined Flour (Maida) 1 cup (200 gm)
Cornstarch 2 tbsp
Sugar 1/3 cup
Egg yolk 1 no.
Unsalted Butter 50 gm
Vanilla Essence ½ tsp
Chopped candied cherries 4 tbsp
Method:
Sieve together the maida and cornstarch. Powder the sugar in a mixie jar. Transfer to a mixing bowl. Add the butter. Beat well till light and fluffy. Add the egg yolk. Beat well. Add the vanilla essence. Mix well. Sieve together the maida and cornstarch. Add it to the batter, a little at a time. Mix well. Add the chopped cherries. Mix well. Finally mix with the hand. Roll out into a rectangular block. Refrigerate for 20 minutes. Cut into cookies. Bake at 180 degree C in a pre heated oven for 15 minutes. Wait for it to cool. Candied Cherry Cookies are ready.
