Graham crust: 1 3/4 c Crushed graham crackers
1/2 c Melted butter or margarine
2 tb Sugar
Filling: 8 oz Softened creamed cheese
1 c Powdered sugar
2 pk Dessert topping mix
1 c Milk
1 cn Cherry pie filling; 21 oz
Recipe by: Governor John Engler, Michigan Graham Crust: Mix together ingredients. Press into 8" x 12" loaf pan and bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Filling: Mix creamed cheese and powdered sugar. In a separate bowl, mix the rest of the ingredients. Add this mixture to the creamed cheese mixture and pour into cooled graham cracker crust. Chill mixture for several hours. When firm, top with one can of cherry pie filling.JM. -----

For the Graham crust:
I crushed 1 packet or 9 pcs. graham and add 2 tbsp of sugar. This mixture is good about 2 cups but I just used 1/2 cup of the mixture and just keep the rest for future use.
If you want thicker crust just double the crushed graham and the butter.

INGREDIENTS
9 graham cracker sheets one sleeve
½ cup melted butter
1 Tablespoon sugar
16 oz cream cheese softened
8 oz container cool whip
1 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 can 21-ounce cherry pie filling
INSTRUCTIONS
Place graham crackers in the food processor and pulse into fine crumbs.
In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar.
Line 8x8 pan with parchment paper. Press the graham cracker mixture evenly into the bottom of the pan. Chill in the refrigerator.
In a large bowl, mix softened cream cheese, cool whip, powdered sugar, and lemon juice until smooth. Spread into an even layer over the graham cracker crust. Chill for about 5 minutes.
Spoon cherry pie filling over the cream cheese layer. Gently spread out the cherries to cover the entire pan.
Chill for at least 4 hours. Slice and enjoy!

The key to a lush is that you’ve got a crushed cookie base, a cream cheese filling layer, a cheesecake pudding layer, topped with a fruity topping of your choice – here, we went with cherry pie filling – and then you top it all off with frozen whipped topping or whipped cream. Marie is making this cherry cream cheese pie. This a favorite pie for our entire family. Marie always makes it for all of our gatherings. This is another video for our Holiday Food Series. Cherry Cream Cheese Pie
Ingredients:
1 Graham cracker pie crust 9 inch
1 Philadelphia Cream Cheese 8 oz.
1 Can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
1/3 cup lemon juice
1 tsp vanilla flavoring
1 Can cherry Pie Filling
Directions:
Mix the cream cheese and condensed milk together
Add the lemon juice and vanilla flavoring, mix until smooth
Put the cream cheese mix into the pie crust
Refrigerate 3 to 6 hour until the cream cheese sets
Put the cherry pie filling on top
Refrigerate until ready to serve ( I usually let it refrigerate overnight)
Serve and Enjoy !!!
