How To make Cherry Cheesecake Delight (Low Fat)

FILLING

cream cheese, fat free

teaspoon
lemon juice

teaspoon
vanilla

TOPPING
:

cherry pie filling, can

dream whip

tablespoon
grape nuts cereal
Directions:
Combine the crust ingredients and press into bottom of 9x13 inch casserole dish that has been sprayed with nonfat cooking spray. Beat all the filling ingredients together until smooth. Pour into the prepared baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes. Cool. Spread cherry pie filling over top. Top with dream whip and sprinkle grape nuts on top.

This eggless dessert is fairly simple to make. In this video watch how to make the various components and finally how to assemble the pie in glasses.
Cherry Pie Serves 6 to 8
Ingredients:
For the CHERRY SAUCE
Pitted Cherries (tinned) – ¾ cup
Corn flour – ¾ tblsp
Castor sugar – 1 tblsp
Cherry syrup – 1 cup
Almond essence – a few drops
Red food colour(optional) – one drop
For the COTTAGE CHEESE CREAM
Full fat milk – 500 ml
Synthetic vinegar – as required (3 to 4 tblsp)
Icing sugar – 2 tblsp
Vanilla essence – 1 tsp
Whipped cream – a dollop
For the BISCUIT BASE
Arrowroot /Digestive biscuit crumbs – 1 ¼ cup
Icing sugar – 3 tblsp
Melted butter – 6 to 8 tblsp
For the CREAM CHEESE PUDDING
Hung curd(full fat) – ¾ cup
Sweetened condensed milk – ½ cup
Vanilla custard – 1 cup

Cherry Cheesecake
No Bake Cherry Cheesecake is an easy summer dessert - an Oreo Crust with a no-fail cheesecake filling and topped with cherry pie filling!

INGREDIENTS
CRUST:
20 Oreo Cookies crushed with filling
4 tablespoons (57g) Challenge unsalted butter melted
FILLING:
8 ounces (225g) Challenge Cream Cheese room temperature
1 cup (113g) powdered sugar
8 ounces Cool Whip 1 container
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
TOPPING:
1 (20 ounce) can Cherry Pie Filling
INSTRUCTIONS
Stir cookies and melted butter in small bowl with a fork until all cookies are moistened with butter. Press into the bottom of an 8×8-inch pan. Chill until filling is ready.
Use a hand mixer to mix powdered sugar into cream cheese until combined. Mix in vanilla and fold in whipped topping.
Spread filling on top of chilled crust. Top with cherry pie filling.
Chill until set, at least one hour, before serving.

JELLO WHIP RECIPE
Serves 4
2 oz cream cheese, softened
1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
1 (0.7oz) packet sugar free gelatin, flavor of choice
1/4 cup cold water
1/2 cup boiling water
1️⃣ Add softened cream cheese to a large bowl and beat until fluffy. Pour in heavy cream and continuing beating until stiff peaks form. Set aside.
2️⃣ To a 2-cup measuring cup or small bowl, add the contents of one flavored jello packet. Pour in cold water and let bloom for 1-2 minutes. Stir in boiling water and mix until dissolved.
3️⃣ Slowly stir in liquid jello mixture into the whipped cream. Don't add in too fast as you want to keep the airiness of the whipped cream. Once added, mix an electric mixer until fluffy. Scoop or pipe into a serving dish if desired. Refrigerate for 3-4 hours or enjoy right away.

Ingredients:
40 oz Comstock No Sugar Added Cherry Pie Filling
1-2 tsp Almond extract
13 oz angel food cake (I used Bakery Fresh Goodness Sour cream)
1⁄4 cup Monkfruit Sweetener, powdered(or no calorie/point sugar substitute or your choice)
8 oz Kroger Neufchatel cheese, at room temperature
1⁄2 cup Plain unsweetened almond milk
16 oz Kroger Fat free whipped topping, defrosted
In a mixer or with a hand mixer in a large bowl, whip the cream cheese, powdered sugar substitute and milk until smooth. Fold in the Whipped topping. Break the cake into small pieces and add into the whipped mixture. Fold to combine and pour into a 9×13 baking pan. For the cherries, add both cans to a medium bowl and mix in almond extract. Pour over the top of angel food mixture and smooth out. Cover and refrigerate for a few hours, overnight is even better!
