How To Make Mince Meat & Chick Peas
This minced meat and chickpeas recipe is a simple and wonderful meal that is prepared in minutes. The recipe below can be substituted with your choice of meat. The cumin, mustard seeds, and chili flakes give it just the right amount of spice without being overwhelming. I included chili flakes in this recipe for a lightly spicy taste, but you can always increase the spice level with our chili sauce. Our mincemeat and chickpea recipe makes a splendid main dish in Indian or Mexican cuisine. Enjoy!
Mince Meat & Chick Peas-
1 pound mincemeat (your choice),
15 oz chickpeas,
2 garlic cloves,
½ onion,
1 tsp cumin,
½ tsp mustard seed,
½ tsp chili flakes,
1 tbsp beef bouillon,
½ tsp salt,
8 oz tomato sauce,
¼ cup cilantro,
2 tbsp oil, and
1 ½ cup water.

⭐️ This chickpea curry is a creamy and wholesome recipe perfect for weeknight dinners or meal prep for the whole family.
⭐️ Ingredients
1 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 medium onion chopped
2 cloves garlic grated
1 teaspoon ginger grated
2 teaspoons curry powder
1 teaspoon cumin seeds or ground
⅓ teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 teaspoon turmeric powder optional
½ teaspoon ground coriander optional
½ teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon salt
3 cans (15 oz each) chickpeas or 4½ cups cooked chickpeas
1 - 2 cups vegetable stock depending on your desired consistency
1 can (15 ounce) crushed tomatoes
½ to 1 can (14 ounce) coconut milk
1 teaspoon garam masala optional

Cholay Ka Salan
Ingredients:
Cholay 250 Grams
Oil Half Cup
2 Small Onions
Ginger garlic Paste 1 Tbsp
2 Green Chillies
Turmeric 1 pinch
Coriander Powder 1 Tbsp
Crushed Red chillies 1 Tbsp
Channa chaval (chick peas and rice)
1 n half onion, cooked till really brown, add 4/5 green chillies cut in half
Added garlic n ginger
Cooked till brown den added salt, red crushed chillies, red hot chilli powder, 1 big elachi (black 1) 1 stick of cinnamon, 3 cloves, dhaniya powder, jeera powder, jeera seeds, Garam Masala, haldi, add 2 tomatoes n after cookin Masala add chick peas n wen cooked add 2,5 cups of water n bring 2 2 boil n jus add 1 n half cup of rice, mix until water dries up, only leave a little water n put on dhum n dats it.

6-8 TBSP OIL
1 CUP DICED ONION
1.5 TSP SALT
1 TBSP GINGER GARLIC PASTE
SPICE MIX:
1/2 TSP TURMERIC POWDER + 2 TSP CORIANDER POWDER + 2 TSP CURRY POWDER + 2 TSP CHILLI POWDER + 1.5 TSP KASHMIRI CHILLI POWDER + 1 TBSP DRY KASOORI METHI
1 CUP FRESH TOMATO PUREE
1 CAN CHICKPEA
1 BAG BABY SPINACH
1 CAN COCONUT MILK
1 HANDFUL FRESH CORIANDER
4-6 SLICED GREEN CHILLI
