How To make Chicken Breasts with Yoghurt& Feta
4 Skinless, boneless chicken
-breasts 8 oz Plain, non-fat yoghurt
3 Cloves garlic, minced
1 t Dried oregano
ds Salt & pepper 4 oz Feta cheese, crumbled
Chopped fresh dill Kalamata olives
In a medium bowl, mix together the yoghurt, garlic, oregano, salt, & pepper. Reserve a small amount (~1/4 C.) to serve with the chicken. Add the chicken breasts to the bowl with the yoghurt mixture, turning to coat, and allow to marinate for 20-30 minutes. Grill or broil the chicken breasts for a few minutes on each side, sprinkling them with the crumbled feta after turning them the first time. Garnish with chopped dill and olives and serve with the reserved sauce. I always double the recipe - the chicken is great cold or in a sandwich. Easy chicken gyros
Chicken- I used rotisserie. You can use leftover chicken, baked chicken, or omit the chicken for a vegetarian option
Pita bread
Feta cheese
For the marinated tomato salad:
3 Roma tomatoes chopped
1 English cucumber chopped
1/2 red onion thinly sliced
2 cloves garlic minced
Juice of 1/2 a lemon
1 tbsp fresh parsley
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
For the tzatziki sauce:
1 cup greek yogurt
1 tbsp dill
1 garlic clove minced
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
Mix all of the tomato salad ingredients together
Mix all of the tzatziki sauce ingredients together
To assemble:
On the pita bread spread the tzatziki sauce, then add the chicken, tomato salad then a sprinkle of feta cheese on top. Enjoy!

Greek Chicken Wrap ????
**Chicken Marinade:**
- You'll need chicken breast, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, the juice of half a lemon, 2 minced garlic cloves, 1 teaspoon of oregano, and salt & pepper.
- Marinate the chicken for at least 1 hour, then cook it either in a cast iron skillet or a hot pan.
**Tzatziki Sauce:**
- For the Tzatziki, you'll require Greek yogurt, shredded cucumber, 1 grated garlic clove, fresh dill, 1 teaspoon of olive oil, and salt & pepper.
**Wrap Toppings:**
- To top your wrap, prepare cucumber, tomato, feta cheese, lettuce, and onion.
**Flatbread:**
- For the flatbread, gather 1 cup of flour, 1 cup of Greek yogurt, salt, and 1 teaspoon of baking powder.
- Combine these ingredients in a bowl until a dough forms, and allow it to rest for 10-15 minutes. This recipe will yield 2 large pitas, so double the ingredients if you need more bread!

Ingredients
• 100g diced chicken breast
• 1 small garlic naan bread
• 40g spinach

Tikka marinade:
• 1 tsp ginger paste
• 1 tsp garlic paste
• ½ tsp turmeric
• ¼ tsp red chilli powder
• ½ tsp garam masala
• 1 tbsp Greek yoghurt
• ½ lemon, juiced

Rezept:
für 4 Personen
700g Hähnchenbrust
1 tl Kreuzkümmel
1tl Thymian
1 tl Paprikapulver süß
1 tl Curry
Halber tl Pfeffer
Jeweils
1-1/2 EL Tomaten-Paprikamark
Und Yogurt
50 ml Olivenöl
Zubereitung:
Dazu benötigen wir 700g Hähnchenbrüste das in eine Schale geben und mit jeweils 1 TL kreuzkümmel, Thymian, Paprikapulver Süß, Curry, ein halber TL Pfeffer, Jeweils 1 1/2 EL Tomaten-Paprikamark und Yogurt zuletzt mit 50 ml Olivenöl vermischen.
Das kommt jetzt für 3 stunden in den Kühlschrank nach den 3 Stunden, bedecke die Arbeitsplatte mit Frischhaltefolie und darauf kommt das Fleisch neben und übereinander Rolle das Fleisch mithilfe der Frischhaltefolie fest zusammen und verschließe die 2 Enden der Folie.
Stell das für 2 Stunden in den Tiefkühlach rein und raus Jetzt befreist du es aus der Folie und schneidest sie in feine scheiben.
Etwas Öl in die Pfanne geben und für ein paar Minuten Braten dabei mit Salz und Pfeffer abschmecken.
Iskender Soße:
Lass 125g Butter in der Pfanne schmelzen, füge 2 EL Tomatenmark hinzu und brate sie solange bis die Butter kaum zu sehen ist Jetzt Etwas Salz, Minze und Chillipulver hinzufügen zum Schluß das ganze mit kochendem Wasser auffüllen bis du eine Cremige soße hast.
Das Fladenbrot in kleine Würfel schneiden etwas Butter in die Pfanne geben und kurz anrösten. und in der Pfanne kurz anrösten.
In den Yokurt kommt zwei Knoblauchzehen und etwas Salz mit rein.
