How To make Chili Con Carne (P/C)
-MARY WILSON BWVB02B 1 1/2 lb Ground beef
1 c Onion; diced
1/2 c Green pepper; diced
1/4 c Fat or drippings
2 c Canned kidney beans
1 c Celery; diced
1 # 2-1/2 can tomatoes
2 ts Salt
1/2 ts Pepper
1 ts Sugar
2 ts Chili powder
1/2 cl Garlic; minced
Brown meat well in melted drippings in cooker. Add green pepper and onions and saute. Mash 1 cup kidney beans and add to cooker with 1 cup whole beans and the remaining ingredients. Pressure cook at 15 lbs. pressure for 15 minutes. Reduce pressure immediately. Allow to simmer without pressure a few minutes until the desired consistency is reached. Serves 4 to 6.

3 bls (1.361 kg) ground beef (I used 85 / 15 fat to meat ratio)
1 medium to large onion finely chopped
5 cloves garlic minced
6 Tbsp (40 g) chili powder (I used McCormick Brand)
3 tsp (7 g) smoked paprika
3 tsp (8 g) garlic powder
3 tsp (8 g) onion powder
3 tsp (7 g) ground cumin
3 Tbsp (49.5 g) tomato paste
7 cups (1.65 L) low sodium beef broth
1 chipotle pepper in Adobo sauce
2 Tbsp Adobo sauce from can of chipotle peppers
2 - 15 oz cans pinto beans (drained and rinsed)
salt and pepper to taste
*For corn starch slurry*
4 Tbsp (35 g) corn starch
4 Tbsp (60 ml) cold water
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a preheated on a medium high heat 6 .5 qt pot add 3 tbsp oil and ground beef
- Add salt and pepper to taste, cook ground beef for 5 to 8 minutes
-Now add garlic and onion, combine and continue to cook for 3 to 5 minutes
- Next add and combine all dry seasonings and spices to cooked ground beef
- Now add tomato paste, combine and cook for a minute or two
- Next add beef broth, stir and mix well
- Add chopped chipotle pepper, adobo sauce and bring to a boil
- Cover pot with a lid, lower the heat and gently simmer for 1 hour stirring through out
- After and hour add cornstarch slurry to thicken chili
- Add drained and rinsed pinto beans combine and simmer for and additional 15 minutes then serve

I stated in this video that the fat evaporates, this is a mistake. I meant to say the water in the meat evaporates and the fat renders out. Sorry for this, please forgive me!
Ingredients -
2 Tbsp (30ml) - Olive Oil
1 - Large Brown Onion, Diced
5 - Garlic Cloves, Small Diced
5g - Flat Leaf Parsley
1kg (2.2 Pounds) - Beef Mince (Ground Beef)
2 Tbsp (2g) - Dried Oregano
2 tsp (4g) - Smoked Paprika
3 Tbsp (16g) - Ground Cumin
1/2 tsp (0.2g) - Cayenne Pepper (Optional) Add more if you like it spicy
2 Tbsp (35g) - Tomato Paste
1/2 Cup (125ml) - Beef Stock -
800g (28oz) - Diced Tomatoes
400g (14oz) - Kidney Beans, Washed
2 Cups (390g) - Jasmine Rice
3 3/4 Cups (860ml) - Cold Water
Seasoning to taste
Sour Cream to serve
Coriander to serve

So geht‘s:
In einem Topf Öl erhitzen und das gemischte Hack ordentlich anrösten lassen
Eine Zwiebel in feine Würfel schneiden. Chili ebenfalls schneiden. Knoblauch andrücken und hacken
Wenn das Hack angeröstet ist, Zwiebel, Chili und Knoblauch dazugeben und mit Salz und Pfeffer würzen
Alles ca. eine Minute zusammen anrösten, passierte Tomaten draufgießen und einkochen lassen
Mais und Kidneybohnen mit in den Topf geben. Kuvertüre raspeln und auch mit dazugeben
