Directions:
Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl, beat for 2 minutes Pour batter into greased and floured 2-pound coffee can. Place can in CROCK-POT. Cover top of can with 8 paper towels. Cover and bake on High 2 to 3 hours.

4-ingredient Chocolate Peanut Butter Bites???? This recipe is part of my healthy desserts series! These bites are so easy to make and taste super delicious!

Ingredients:
1 cup lactose-free Greek yogurt (240 ml)
3 tablespoons unsweetened peanut butter
1 tablespoon maple syrup (or honey if you don’t have IBS)

Topping:
100 g / 3.5 oz. 80% dark chocolate
optional: 1 teaspoon coconut oil
•
1. Mix the yogurt, peanut butter and maple syrup together
2. Spoon dollops onto a plate lined with parchment paper
3. Freeze for 1 1/2 - 2 hours
4. (Melt the chocolate with the coconut oil in the microwave). Dip the bites in the chocolate. (Let the chocolate cool down a little before dipping). Make sure that the bites are fully covered in the chocolate!
5. Store in the freezer. Let defrost for about 15 minutes before eating

This cake. I can’t. It’s not going to be left on the stand looking pretty for long. Also, why have I not made peanut butter frosting before?! I’m already planning some PBJ cupcakes… I loved the combination of the rich chocolate and peanut butter cake covered in peanut butter frosting then finished off with Italian buttercream, which is less sweet than the regular kind and didn’t overpower/ compete with the other flavors in the cake. The chocolate ganache was just right but in all honesty I’d put chocolate ganache on literally anything and be happy. Did I mention I made two versions of the cake? Reeses cake recipe & equipment:
Peanut Butter Mousse
• 8 oz cream cheese
• 3/4 cup icing sugar
• 1 cup peanut butter
• 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
• 1 cup whipping cream
• pinch of salt
Chocolate Peanut Butter Ganache
• 12 oz semi-sweet chocolate
• 1 cup whipping cream
• 2 tablespoons peanut butter
2 x 8 Chocolate Cake
• Reece's Peanut Butter Cups halved and quartered
• chopped peanuts
• chocolate chips
• peanut butter chips
Procedure:
Bake and cool two 8 round chocolate cakes.
Begin by making the chocolate peanut butter ganache as it needs time to cool slightly. Bring whipping cream close to a boil either in the microwave or on the stove. Remove from heat and add chocolate and peanut butter. Allow to sit for a couple of minutes, and then stir until the mixture comes together smoothly.
For the peanut butter mousse, the first step is to cream the cream cheese and icing sugar together until smooth. Add the peanut butter, and vanilla and again, cream until smooth. Set aside. In a seperate bowl, whip whipping cream until soft peaks form. Gently fold the whipping cream into the peanut butter mixture until no white streaks remain. Use this to fill and cover the cake.
To assembly the cake, cover in peanut butter mousse. If desired, place quartered peanut butter cups in the filling between the two cake layers. Once mousse is smoothed onto the cake, pour a 1/4 cup of the ganache in the center of the cake, and using the back of a spoon, gently work the ganache to the edge of the cake. Continue to add ganache in the center of the cake until the chocolate reaches the edge and flows over the sides. Put as little or as much on as you'd like! Place halves and quarters of peanut butter cups along the bottom border of the cake. On the top of the cake, place halves of the cups in a circular shape and fill center with both chips, peanuts and quartered cups.

How to Make Soft & Rich Chocolate Peanut Butter Cake in Microwave | Eggless Mug Cake
INGREDIENTS
3 tbsp all-purpose flour
1 1/2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
2 tbsp granulated sugar
1/4 tsp baking powder
3 1/2 tbsp milk (any kind will work)
1/2 tbsp oil (vegetable, canola, sunflower, coconut)
1 tbsp peanut butter
Mix all the ingredients, then microwave for 1 minute and 15 seconds.
(1000 watt microwave used)
For the drizzle: microwave 1 teaspoon of peanut butter for 10-15 seconds. Enjoy!
