How To make Chocolate Syrup Brownies
1/2 c Butter
2 ts Vanilla
1 c Sugar
3/4 c Chocolate Syrup
3 Eggs
3/4 c Walnuts -- Chopped
Salt Walnut Garnish 1 c All-Purpose Flour
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cream butter, sugar and eggs until very creamy and well blended. Add salt. Stir in flour and blend thoroughly. Add chocolate syrup, vanilla and chopped nuts. Blend well. Thoroughly grease and lightly flour a baking pan. Turn the brownie mixture into the pan. Smooth the top and bake for about 35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Loosen cake around edges and allow to cool in the pan. Cut the brownies into squares and garnish with a walnut half on each. You may dust with confectioners' sugar Recipe By : Joel Ehrlich <Joel. Here is what you'll need!
The Best Fudgy Brownies
Servings: 9
INGREDIENTS
8 ounces good-quality chocolate
¾ cup butter, melted
1¼ cups sugar
2 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla
¾ cup all-purpose flour
¼ cup cocoa powder
1 teaspoon salt
PREPARATION
Preheat oven to 350°F/180°C.
Chop the chocolate into chunks. Melt half, then save the other half for later.
Mix the butter and the sugar, then beat in the eggs and vanilla for 1-2 minutes until the mixture has become fluffy and light in color.
Whisk in the reserved melted chocolate (make sure the chocolate is not too hot or else the eggs will cook), then sift in the flour, cocoa powder, and salt.
Fold the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients, being careful not to overmix as this will cause the brownies to be more cake-like in texture.
Fold in the chocolate chunks, then transfer the batter into a parchment paper-lined square baking dish.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, depending on how fudgy you like your brownies, then cool completely.
Slice, then serve with a nice cold glass of milk!

Preheat oven to 350 or 325 for dark/non-stick pans
Hershey’s Best Brownies
1 cup melted butter (2 sticks)
2 cups sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla
4 eggs
¾ cup Hershey’s Cocoa or Hershey’s Special Dark Cocoa
1 cup flour
½ tsp baking powder
¼ tsp salt
Optional:
1 cup chopped pecans
Directions
1. Heat oven to 350 or 325°F for dark/non-stick pans. Grease & sprinkle a tablespoon of
cocoa in 9x13 baking pan and shake all around.
2. Stir together butter, sugar and vanilla in bowl. Add eggs; beat well with spoon. Stir together flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt; gradually add to egg mixture, beating until well blended. Stir in nuts, if desired. Spread batter evenly in prepared pan.
3. Bake about 50 minutes @325 (20 to 25 minutes @ 350 for regular pans) or until brownies begin to pull away from sides of pan. Cool completely in pan on wire rack.

Ingredients:
all purpose flour 1 cup ( 130 grams)
brown sugar 3/4 cup (180 grams) packed
white sugar 1 cup ( 200 grams)
salt 1 tsp
cocoa powder 80 grams (3/4 cup) use datch process or alcalized for better taste.
butter 200 grams ( 1 cup melted) unsalted
vanilla 1 tsp
egg 2 large ( 120 grams)
yolk 1 large (25 grams)
coffee powde 1 tsp. ( you can add more)
chocolate chopped ( 1 cup) I used half dark half semi sweet.
Chocolate sauce:
1/2 cup dark chocolate
1/2 cup cream or milk. ( You can also use water)
Caramel sauce:
3 full tablespoon of dulcet de leche in can
1/4 tsp
Baking time: 30 to 35 minutes depending on your oven. keep an eye on it. do not over bake.
Oven temperature: 180°
