How To make Hershey's Syrup Lowfat Snacking Brownies

56-60% vegetable oil spread

hershey's syrup
1
cup
flour, all-purpose
1/4
cup
hershey's cocoa
1
easy drizzle (recipe follows) OR powdered sugar (optional)
Directions:
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 13x9x2 inch baking pan with vegetable cooking spray.
In medium microwave-safe bowl, place vegetable oil spread. Microwave at HIGH (100%) 1 minute or until melted. Stir in sugar. Add eggs, one at a time, beating with spoon after each addition, until mixed well. Add syrup; stir until blended. Gradually add flour and cocoa, beating with spoon until smooth.
Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely in pan on wire rack.
Prepare EASY DRIZZLE; spoon over top of brownies or sprinkle with powdered sugar, if desired. Cut into bars. 36 brownies.
EASY DRIZZLE
In small bowl, mix 3/4 cup powdered sugar and 1 to 2 tablespoons skim milk until thin enough to pour from the end of a spoon.

1 Minute Brownies recipe ( Microwave Brownie):
- 20 g (1 ½ tbsp) Butter
- 30 g ( 1 ounce )Dark Chocolate 70% Cocoa ( Please use GOOD quality chocolate, DON'T use chocolate chips as they contain sugar ).
- 30 g ( 2 tbsp) Sugar
- 20 g ( 1½ tbsp) Room temp Milk ( Don't use cold milk )
- 45 g ( 4½ tbsp) All purpose flour
- Pinch of Salt
- Chocolate Chunks
The container I used is 10x10 cm( 4x4 inch) . You can also use a wide mug or tea cup.
PLEASE READ: Every microwave is different. The cook time in your microwave could be anywhere between 1 minute and 1 minute and 15 seconds. Check the brownie after 1 minute. DO NOT over bake. Once it comes out of the oven you have 2 options: You can either enjoy it right away with a spoon or allow the brownie to cool 15-20 minutes to allow it to set. Please be precise and use the exact amounts in the recipe.

DARK CHOCOLATE BARK RECIPE
Ingredients:
7 oz dark chocolate (200g)
1/2 cup almonds (100g)
1/2 cup peanuts, raw (100g)
1 tbsp maple syrup
pinch of salt
NUTRITIONAL INFO (per piece):
107 calories, fat 7.6g, carb 9.2g, protein 3g
Preparation:
For roasted nuts: in a bowl combine almonds, peanuts and maple syrup.
Spread in air-fryer basket, sprinkle with salt and air-fry for 10 minutes at 340F (170C).
Break the chocolate into small pieces and melt in the microwave, stirring every 30 seconds.
Add the roasted nuts and stir until all the nuts are coated.
Spread the mixture on a lined baking tray, top with some extra nuts and put in the freezer for 30 minutes.
Cut into bite sized pieces and store in the fridge or freezer.
