How To make Cold Broiled Chicken
1/2 cup soy sauce
1 cup sherry
1 tablespoon paprika
2 garlic cloves
6 chickens -- split in half
1/2 cup cooking oil
^^ Marinate 60 mins. Combine the soy sauce, sherry, paprika, garlic, and hot pepper sauce, and pour over the chicken halves. Let stand for an hour or two, turning occasionally. ^^ Broiler 35-40 mins. Remove the chicken from the marinade and brush each piece with oil. Broil, bone side to the heat, for 13 mins. Brush with the marinade and broil for 3 more minutes. Turn, and move the chicken a little farther from the broiling unit to prevent the skin side from blistering and burning. Brush skin side with marinade and broil for 12 minutes. How to Bake Chicken Breasts In The Oven - Juicy and Tender | Baked Chicken

So this recipe is not mine, I tried this method and loved it, so thought I would share it with my subscribers. :)
So ..
1. Brine the chicken in warm water with handful of salt ( or leave in fridge over night if you want to use the chicken the next day)
2. Wash then pad dry
3. brush with butter or oil ( butter adds flavour and gives a nice crust)
4. Season the chicken with any spices you like
5. Bake in preheated oven (425F / 220C) for about 15 - 25 mins depending on the size of the chicken, ( make sure they're not raw on the inside!)
A thermometer inserted on the thickest side of the chicken should read 160-170 degrees F or (75° Celsius), that means it perfect.
6. Make sure you let the chicken rest for about 5 - 10 mins, If you cut straight into it you will lose its amazing juices that keep it moist and tender. So you must let the chicken rest :)
Then enjoy your chicken with anything you like really, I'm sure you can pair this with anything, sandwiches, wraps, Tacos, Pasta ... I don't know you decide :D

This chicken breast recipe is very easy to make, It’s juicy and so delicious. This honey garlic chicken breast is cooked in one pan and no special ingredient required. This recipe takes only 15 minutes to make and result is amazing!

Ingredients:
3 Chicken breast
Salt
Pepper
1/2 cup (65g) Flour
3 + 1 tablespoons Butter
4 Garlic cloves, minced
3 tablespoon Honey
1 tablespoon Soy sauce
2 tablespoon Apple cider vinegar
Parsley chopped (optional)
Directions:
1. Score chicken breast as shown in the video.
2. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
3. Coat each breast with flour.
4. In a large pan, melt 3 tablespoons of butter over medium heat.
5. Place floured chicken in the pan and cook over high heat, until golden on both sides.
6. When chicken is golden on both sides, remove from the pan and set aside.
7. Add 1 tablespoon of butter, crushed garlic and cook for 1 minute. Add honey, soy sauce and apple cider vinegar.
8. Place the chicken in the pan and bring to a simmer. Simmer for 1-2 minutes, until slightly thickened.
9. Turn the heat off and sprinkle chopped parsley.
