How To make Crunch and Raisin Cookies
1 3/4 c All-purpose flour; unsifted
1 ts Baking soda
1/4 ts Salt
1/2 c Butter or margarine; room
Temp. (1 stick) 1/2 c Creamy peanut butter
1 c Sugar
1 c Light brown sugar; firm pack
1 ts Vanilla
2 Eggs
1/4 c Milk
2 1/2 c Granola
1 c Raisins
Preheat oven to 350~F. Lightly grease cookie sheets. Combine flour, baking soda and salt on piece of wax paper; stir to mix well. Beat together butter, peanut butter, sugar, brown sugar and vanilla in large bowl until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs and milk until smooth. Stir in flour mixture until well blended. Gently mix in granola and raisins. Drop batter by rounded teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart on prepared cookie sheets. Bake in preheated moderate oven 350~F for 12-15 minutes or until lightly browned. Simple Recipe;
Butter 8 oz
Brown Sugar 1 Cup
Sugar 1/2 Cup
Eggs 3 ea
Vanilla Extract 1 teaspoon
Flour-AP 1 1/2 Cup
Baking Soda 1 teaspoon
Cinnamon 1 teaspoon
Salt 1/2 teaspoon
Old Fashion Oatmeal-Uncooked 3 Cups
Raisins 1 1/2 Cups
Procedure;
Mix flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt, set aside.
In a seperate bowl, soften butter to room temp, then cream with sugar until fluffy.
Beat eggs in one at a time, and then slowly add in the flour mixture.
Once flour is in, add Oats and Raisins.
Place in spoonful sized balls onto cookie sheet and bake at 350° for 10 minutes or until starting to brown.

• 3/4 cup (170 grams) unsalted butter, room temperature (1 1/2 sticks)
• 1 cup (200 grams) packed light brown sugar
• 1 large egg
• 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
• 3/4 cup (100 grams) all purpose flour
• 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
• 1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt
• 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
• 1/8 teaspoon fresh ground nutmeg
• 3 cups (270 grams) old-fashioned rolled oats

We love recipes that are delicious and healthy at the same time, and these oatmeal raisin cookies with maple syrup sweetener are just the thing for a tasty, hearty dessert. This recipe can easily be altered to make it a delicious gluten free and refined sugar free option.

Here's the recipe:
1 1/2 cups melted butter
1 1/2 cups pure maple syrup
4 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
3 cups all purpose flour (or GF all purpose flour)
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
2 teaspoons baking soda
6 cups rolled oats (or GF oats)
2 cups raisins
Combine all ingredients in bowl. Drop dough balls onto baking sheet.
Bake at 350°f for 10-12 minutes. Makes around 4 1/2 dozen cookies. Enjoy!
