1/2 c Creamy peanut butter
1 Egg
1 ts Vanilla
1/4 ts Salt
1 1/2 ts Baking powder
1/2 c Water
1 tb Liquid sweetener
1/2 c Salad oil
Mix all together in a large bowl. Shape into balls and place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes. (You may add a little more flour if desired.) -----

3 INGREDIENT MOIST KETO PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES I Easy & Simple Low Carb Recipe! ONLY 3g Net Carbs!
Today, I'm showing you how to make the easiest keto cookies ever! They take about 12-15 minutes from start to finish and are absolutely chewy and delicious. These are great with a glass of almond milk, or coconut milk and I love that they're kid-friendly too!
To make these cookies, follow the instructions in the video.

Peanut Butter Cookie Ingredients:
1 Cup (256 grams) natural peanut butter
1 Egg ... *Add 2 extra yolks (some people have said their cookies were on the dryer side)
1/2 Cup (80-90g) Erythritol
Cookie Instructions:
Pre-heat your oven to 350 Degrees
In a large bowl add/weigh all of your ingredients
Mix all of the ingredients together with a spatula until a thick dough forms
One the dough forms, cover a baking sheet with parchment paper and add 12 cookies to the sheet using a cookie scoop
Bake the cookies for 5-6 minutes, score the tops with a fork, and then cook an additional 5-6 minutes
Cool the cookies completely in the tray, and then transfer them to a plate
