Beef Tips and Gravy: 1 pkg of beef tips/chunks (you could also use a cheap steak and cut it up) 1 small can beef broth 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 pkt onion soup mix 1 pkt brown gravy mix 1 onion, diced *If it needs thickened, you'll need some cornstarch* garlic and onion powder salt and pepper rice
Spray your crockpot with cooking spray. Add in the beef broth, cream soup, onion, onion soup pkt, brown gravy pkt, seasoning. Remember to go easy on the salt because the broth and soup will already have a good amount. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours. About 30 mins before it's done, go ahead and check to see if you need to use the cornstarch slurry (this is about 1 tbsp of cornstarch and 1 tbsp of cold water). If needed, add the slurry and then cover and cook on high while you make the rice. Make your rice and whatever sides you want. Put some rice on a plate or bowl and then pour some of that beef tip goodness right over the top.
