How To make Fried Wontons with Orange Dipping Sauce
1 oz Each cooked ground pork and
-cooked shrimp 1/4 c Finely chopped scallions
1/4 c Finely shredded Chinese
-cabbage 2 ts Reduced-sodium soy sauce
1/2 ts Cornstarch
1/4 ts Ground ginger
20 Wonton wrappers (3 x 3-inch
-squares) 1 tb Peanut oil
2 ts Reduced-calorie margarine
2 tb Teriyaki sauce
DIPPING SAUCE: 4 ts Reduced-calorie orange
-marmalade 2 ts Each hoisin sauce
-and rice vinegar WONTONS: In medium bowl combine pork, shrimp, scallions, cabbage, soy sauce, cornstarch and ginger, mixing well. Spoon an equal amount of pork mixture (about 1 teaspoon) onto the center of each wonton wrapper; moisten edges of wrappers with water and fold wrappers in half, triangle- fashion, enclosing filling and forming 20 wontons. Press edges together to seal; bring base corners of each triangle together, overlapping corners, and press to seal. In 12-inch nonstick skillet or a wok, combine oil and margarine and heat, over high heat, until margarine is bubbly and hot; add wontons and cook, turning frequently, until browned on all sides. Add teriyaki sauce and bring to a boil, stirring to coat wontons. Use slotted spoon to remove wontons to serving plate, reserving pan drippings. Set wontons aside and keep warm. DIPPING SAUCE: To same skillet (or wok) add the ingredients for dipping sauce and stir to combine with pan drippings. Pour sauce into small bowl and serve with wontons. Makes 4 servings of 5 wontons each.

In this video I'm going to show you how to make easy delicious Fried Crab Wontons!
I would like to call my wonton as Crab Yaki Mandu!! lolol Because the filling is Chinese, I normally make with Gyoza Wrapper which is Japanese and cook like Korean do~! My favorite sauce to dip it in is sweet chili sauce! =D XOXO~!!!
Fried Crab Wonton (Wonton Recipe)Ingredients
40 to 50 wonton or gyoza wrappers
for the Filling::::
2 Tablespoons vegetable oil
3 Tablespoons chopped ginger
1/2 cup chopped shallot
1/2 cup chopped green onion
1/3 cup chopped red bell pepper
Hand full of Cilantro, chopped
2 1/2 cup real crab meat
salt and black pepper
1 cup vegetable oil
Directions
1. Heat a large skillet over high heat. Add oil to pan, swirl to coat. Add ginger, shallot, green onion and red bell pepper; sauté 1 minute stirring frequently.
2. Remove from heat. Add cilantro, crab meat; mix well. Add salt and black pepper for taste.
3. Meanwhile, remove the wrappers from package, cover with damp towel.
4. Lay one wrapper on a work surface and damp edges with water. Put a teaspoon crab meat mixture in center and fold over mixture to form a triangle. Press edges to seal with your finger for a fork.
5. Repeat with remaining wrappers and crab meat mixture.
6. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium high heat 1/4 to 1/2 inch deep.
7. Add wontons and cook for 30 seconds each side or until crispy and golden brown.
8. Remove, place on paper towel.
9. Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.

the best dip for a food party ????
I was invited to a food party and knew I had to make this crab rangoon dip. It's a really simple recipe that's always really popular with guests. I paired it with baguette slices, but you can also fry wontons to make wonton chips!

8oz block cream cheese at room temperature
¼ cup japanese mayo
1 tsp granulated sugar
1 tsp Japanese rice vinegar
½ cup (40g) shredded sharp cheddar cheese
½ cup (40g) shredded mozzarella cheese

✅Ingredients
Cream Cheese Wontons:
• 2 cups vegetable oil, for frying
• 24 wonton wrappers
• 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
• 1 large egg
• 1 tablespoon water
Quick Sweet and Sour Sauce:
• ¾ cup brown sugar
• 2 tablespoons ketchup
• ¼ cup rice wine vinegar
• 2 tablespoons soy sauce
• 2 tablespoons cornstarch
• 1 cup pineapple juice
✅Instructions
Cream Cheese Wontons:
1️⃣ Heat vegetable oil in a medium saucepan over medium heat to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
2️⃣ While oil heats up, whip the cream cheese with a hand mixer until fluffy and smooth.
3️⃣ In a small bowl, whisk together egg and water to make an egg wash. Lightly brush both sides of the wonton wrapper with the egg wash. Put about 1 teaspoon of the cream cheese in the center of each wonton. Fold the wontons by bringing opposite corners together into the center, and repeat with the remaining corners. Pinch shut and be sure to remove any air pockets.
4️⃣ Fry wontons in the hot oil 4 at a time until golden brown. This will only take about a minute. Using a slotted spoon, remove the golden-brown wontons from the oil and transfer to a paper towel-lined plate.
Quick Sweet and Sour Sauce:
1️⃣ For the sweet and sour sauce, whisk together brown sugar, ketchup, rice wine vinegar, soy sauce, and cornstarch in a small saucepan. Pour in pineapple juice and whisk to combine.
2️⃣ Bring to a simmer over medium-high heat. Once simmering, sauce will thicken. Remove from heat and serve hot, or allow to cool before serving.
