Substrate-Mushroom-Fit: Choosing the right substrate for the right mushroom
People who get the highest yields know what substrate fits with what mushroom.
To give you a head start, I will go in today's video over different substrates, starting with their compounds and over different sterilization methods, you can use for each substrate, mushrooms that fit with them, and what others had achieved regarding the biological efficiency.
What's your average biological efficiency?
Go here ( and share your average biological efficiency.
I'll be putting together a video (or maybe more than one) sharing the findings.
Hoping this will be a helpful video (or videos) for you all - thanks for your help!

Season of edible Mushrooms????| A gift of Monsoon, How to identify and the village style Recipe
A pot of tasty wild mushrooms
Hey guys, wondering what I found, This video is all about the wild edible mushrooms.
Edible mushrooms are the fleshy and edible fruit bodies of several species of macrofungi (fungi which bear fruiting structures that are large enough to be seen with the naked eye). They can appear either below ground (hypogeous) or above ground (epigeous) where they may be picked by hand. Edibility may be defined by criteria that include absence of poisonous effects on humans and desirable taste and aroma. Edible mushrooms are consumed for their nutritional and culinary value.
Most wild mushrooms are considered poisonous, but look alarmingly similar to regular mushroom. It takes years of practice and technical know-how for a farmer to differentiate between the two. That being said, several varieties of wild mushrooms are safe to eat, but only if they have been cooked properly.
Edible mushrooms are a rich source of vitamin B and a good source for potassium and phosphorous too.
