How To make Garden Bean Salad
1 cn Green beans; cut (16 oz can)
2 cn Lima beans; (17 oz ea)
1 cn Kidney beans; (16 oz)
1 cn Wax beans; (16 oz)
1 cn Garbanzo beans; (15 oz)
1 lg Green pepper; chopped
3 Celery stalks; chopped
2 oz Green pimiento;
-sliced, drained 1 Green onion bunch; sliced
2 c Vinegar
2 c Sugar
1/2 c Water
1 ts Salt
Drain all cans of beans; place in a large bowl. Add green pepper, celery, pimiento and green onions; set aside. Bring remaining ingredients to a boil in a heavy saucepan; boil for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and immediately pour over vegetables. Refrigerate several hours or overnight.

FOR THE SALAD
• 3 (15-ounce) cans beans, drained and rinsed or use 4 ½ cups cooked beans
• 1/2 medium onion, finely chopped (about 3/4 cup)
• 1 medium cucumber, finely chopped (about 2 cups)
• 3 tablespoons drained capers
• 1/2 cup (60 grams) finely chopped fresh parsley, see notes
• 3/4 teaspoon dried oregano, see notes
FOR THE DRESSING
• 1/4 cup (60 ml) red wine vinegar
• 1/4 cup (60 ml) extra-virgin olive oil
• 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
• 1 to 2 teaspoons honey or maple syrup, optional
• 3/4 teaspoon fine sea salt, plus more to taste
• 1/4 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper

Recipe Fresh 3 Bean Salad | وصفة سلطة بثلاث أنواع حبوب
Recipe: Fresh three bean salad:
- Course: Salad
- Servings: 6-8 | Preparation time: 10 mins
A-Ingredients:
- 3 tbsp vegetable oil
- 3 tbsp Chtoura Garden Apple Vinegar
- 2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 can Chtoura Garden Chickpeas
- 1 can Chtoura Garden Red Kidney Beans
- 1 can Chtoura Garden White Beans
- 3 celery ribs, sliced
- 1/4 red onion, finely diced
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
B-Method:
1- In a small bowl, whisk together the vegetable oil, Chtoura Garden Apple Vinegar and Dijon mustard. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Set it aside.
2- In a large bowl, toss together the Chtoura Garden Chickpeas, Chtoura Garden Red Kidney Beans, Chtoura Garden White Beans, celery, red onion and parsley. Pour the dressing over the salad and mix well.
3- Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.

- 3 ملاعق كبيرة زيت نباتي
- 3 ملاعق كبيرة خل تفاح من حدائق شتورة
- ملعقتان صغيرتان خردل ديجون
- علبة حمص حب مسلوق من حدائق شتورة
- 1 علبة فاصوليا حمراء داكنة من حدائق شتورة
- 1 علبة فاصوليا بيضاء من حدائق شتورة
- 3 ضلوع من الكرفس، مقطعة إلى شرائح
- 1/4 بصلة حمراء، مقطعة ناعماً
- ملعقتان كبيرتان بقدونس مفروم
- ملح وفلفل حسب الذوق
ب-الطريقة:
1- في وعاء صغير، اخفقي الزيت النباتي مع خل التفاح من حدائق شتورة وخردل ديجون. اضيفي الملح والفلفل للمذاق. ضعيه جانباً.
2- في وعاء كبير، أضيفي الحمص والفاصوليا الحمراء الداكنة والفاصوليا البيضاء من حدائق شتورة والكرفس والبصل الأحمر والبقدونس. نصب الصلصة فوق السلطة ونخلط جيداً.
3- تقدم على الفور أو تخزن في الثلاجة لمدة تصل إلى 5 أيام.
