Recipe: How to Make Chocolate Dipped Fruit

Chocolate Dipped Fruit Preparation time: 15 minutes + 2 hours in the freezer | Yield: 8 candies + 4 lollipops Ingredients: 6 oz chopped dark chocolate (= 1 cup) (I used 60%) 1 kiwi Chopped fruit of your choice (I used a clementine, 1/2 banana and 1/4 cup blueberry) 1/4 walnuts or nuts of your choice Coconut oil How to make it: 1 - Melt the chocolate in the microwave for 1 minute at full power, remove from the microwave and mix well. If it is not yet fully melted, return it to the microwave for another 30 seconds and then mix until smooth. 2 - Peel the kiwi, cut in half and then cut each half in half again, leaving with 4 thick slices. 3 - Peel the clementine and cut in half. 4 - Take 1/2 banana and chop into cubes. 5 - Chop the walnuts. 6 - Grease a ice cube tray with coconut oil. 7 - Assembly time! 8 - Take the kiwi slices and stick a craft pop stick in it, then dip each slice of kiwi in the chocolate and place it under the parchment paper. Freeze for 30 minutes. Your lollipop is ready! 9 - Take the ice tray, pour one teaspoon of the melted chocolate into the ice cubes. Repeat with 8 total. With the back of the spoon spread the chocolate on the sides. Fill the ice cubes with chopped fruit and cover with remaining melted chocolate. Finalize with the nuts and freeze for 2 hours to be able to unmold the chocolate candies!
Best before: 3 days in the refrigerador or 2 months in the freezer.
