2 cups sugar
4 tablespoons cocoa
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup margarine
3 cups uncooked oatmeal
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup chopped walnuts -- (optional)
Combine sugar, cocoa, milk and oleo. Bring to a boil and boil gently for one f ull minute. Remove from heat and stir in oats, peanut butter and nuts, if desi red. Drop from a teaspoon onto waxed paper. Store in covered container in a c ool place after cookies have set. 36 cookies.

My Soft Ginger Spice with Pumpkin Dip Cookie Recipe:
Recipe:
1 Cup Peanut Butter
1 Cup Corn Syrup
1 Cup Brown Sugar
1/2 Cup Butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
4 or 5 cups of cornflakes
-Combine all ingredients except cornflakes into a double boiler pot. Bring to a boil on the stove and heat until sugar is no longer grainy and sauce is smooth.
-Stir sauce into cornflakes. Drop by the spoonful onto wax paper. Allow to sit 1 hour until set. Store in an airtight container, or freeze for later use.

No-Bake Cookies - Chocolate, Peanut Butter & Oatmeal - EASY, QUICK, and DELICIOUS!
This is my mom's recipe for No-Bake Cookies, and it was my great-grandmother's recipe before her! We love these so much! These are known by different names in different families. I have just learned they are also called Minute Cookies and Preacher Cookies!
Here are the ingredients:
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup milk
1 3/4 cups sugar
4 Tbsp. cocoa powder
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup peanut butter
3 cups oatmeal
Instructions:
1. Melt together the first three ingredients, then add cocoa powder.
2. Once mixture has come to a steady boil, set timer for 1 minute.
3. After 1 minute, remove mixture from heat and add vanilla, peanut butter, and oatmeal.
4. Mix everything together well then drop no-bake cookies onto parchment or wax paper on your counter. They will generally firm up at room temperature. (If your kitchen stays very warm, they may take longer to firm up.)
5. After an hour to an hour and a half, enjoy these delicious no-bake cookies!
