Quick and Easy Grilled Sandwich with Tikka Chunks
Recipe in English:
Ingredients:
-Podina (Mint leaves) handful
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) handful
-Mayonnaise ¾ Cup
-Mustard paste 1 tbs
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
-Namak (Salt) ¼ tsp or to taste
-Lemon juice 1 & ½ tbs
-Cooking oil 1-2 tbs
-Mon salwa Tikka Chicken Chunks half pack
-Cooking oil 1-2 tbs
-Aalo (Potato) slices 2 medium boiled with salt
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed to taste
-Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) to taste
-Tamatar (Tomato) slices 2 medium
-Makhan (Butter) 1-2 tbs
-Sandwich bread of your choice
-Iceberg shredded
-Tomato ketchup
-Cheddar cheese slices
Directions:
-In blender jug,add mint leaves,fresh coriander,mayonnaise,mustard paste,black peper powder,salt and lemon juice,blend well & set aside.
-In frying pan,add cooking oil,tikka chicken chunks and fry on medium flame for 2-3 minutes & set aside.
-On grill pan,add cooking oil and place potato slices.
-Sprinkle red chilli crushed,garlic powder and grill from both sides until golden brown & set aside.
-On same grill pan,place tomato slices and grill from both sides.
-On grill pan,add butter and let it melt.
-Place bread slices,apply butter and grill from both sides & set aside.
-Turn off the flame,pour mint mayo sauce,add grilled potato and tomato slices.
-Add iceberg,tikka chicken chunks,tomato ketchup,cheddar cheese slices,mint mayo sauce and top with another slice (makes 2).
-Cut into slices & serve!

-Grill pan mein cooking oil dal dein aur aalo ka slices rakh dein.
-Lal mirch crushed aur lehsan powder sprinkle ker lein aur dono sides sa golden-brown ho janay tak grill ker lein & side per rakh dein.
-Us he grill pan mein tamatar ka slices rakh dein aur dono sides sa grill ker lein & side per rakh dein.
-Bread slices rakh dein,makhan laga lein aur dono sides sa grill ker lein.
-Chulha bund ker dein,mint mayo sauce dal dein aur upper sa grilled aalo aur tamatar ka slices rakh dein.
-Iceberg,tikka chicken chunks,tomato ketchup,cheddar cheese slices aur mint mayo sauce dal dein aur upper sa dosra slice rakh dein (makes 2).
-Slices mein cut ker ka serve karein.

1 shallot
3 cloves garlic
Salt & pepper
1 tsp capers
1/2 tsp fresh thyme
3/4 cup heavy cream
1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 oz Parmesan cheese
Betty's Tarragon Chicken Salad Sandwich
Betty demonstrates how to make a Tarragon Chicken Salad Sandwich. The chicken salad is deliciously flavored with fresh tarragon. It is a copy of one of the sandwiches that I ordered when my husband, Rick, and I had lunch at 815 Prime Restaurant in Midway, Kentucky, recently.
Tarragon Chicken Salad Sandwich
2 cups cooked chicken breast meat, cut or pulled into chunks
¾ cup very finely-chopped celery
¾ cup mayonnaise
¼ cup to ½ cup fresh minced tarragon, to taste (Use only 1/3 as much if you are using dried tarragon.)
wheat bread slices, as needed
fresh, thin tomatoes slices, as needed
outer lettuce leaves, washed and dried with paper towel, as needed
Place 2 cups cooked chicken breast meat, ¾ cup chopped celery, ¾ cup mayonnaise, and ¼ cup to ½ cup fresh-minced tarragon in a large mixing bowl. Stir until ingredients are mixed well. For each sandwich, spread one slice of wheat bread with chicken salad mixture. Top with fresh, thin tomato slices and flat, outer lettuce leaves. Cap sandwich with a slice of wheat bread. Use a chef's knife to trim all four edges of the sandwich, and then slice diagonally to divide the sandwich into two equal halves. Serve immediately. I really like the taste of the tarragon on this chicken salad sandwich. I hope you enjoy it! --Betty

For steak marination:
Boneless chicken breast 500 grams
Ginger garlic paste: 1 Tsp
White paper powder 1/2 tsp
Paprika powder 1 Tsp
Salt 1/4 tsp or to taste
Mustard paste 1 Tsp
Parsley chopped 1 Tbsp
Butter 50 grams or more required for cook the steak
For grill vegetables:
Any your favorite vegetables boiled 1 bowl
1 Tbsp butter
1 Tsp black paper powder
1/4 tsp salt or to taste
For Creamy white sauce:
50 grams butter
3 Tbsp all purpose flour
1 glass of milk
1/2 tsp black paper powder
1 Tsp salt or to taste
2 mozzarella cheese slices
1/4 cup heavy cream
Sandwich assemble:
Any bread slices as much as required
Mayonnaise as much required
Onion slice as much required
Jalapeño as much required
Mozzarella cheese slices as much required
Cooked chicken steak as much required

Betty's Tarragon-Chive Sandwich Spread
Betty demonstrates how to make Tarragon-Chive Sandwich Spread. This is a spread that can be used for any combination of meat and cheese that you enjoy on a sandwich.
Tarragon-Chive Sandwich Spread
1 cup mayonnaise
3 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon sweet pickle relish
½ teaspoon hot sauce
1 teaspoon chopped fresh chives (or 1/3 teaspoon dried chives)
1 teaspoon chopped fresh tarragon (or 1/3 teaspoon dried tarragon)
In a small mixing bowl, stir together 1 cup mayonnaise, 3 tablespoons lemon juice, 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard, 1 tablespoon sweet pickle relish, ½ teaspoon hot sauce, 1 teaspoon chopped fresh chives, and 1 teaspoon chopped fresh tarragon. When completely blended, spread on bread and top with desired sandwich fillings. I will be uploading a video using this Tarragon-Chive Sandwich Spread on a Batter-Dipped Fish Poorboy Sandwich in my next upload. You may use the sandwich spread with various meats and cheeses.
