How To make Hershey's Low Fat Banana Bread

sour cream, fat free

butter, or margarine, softened

egg beaters

teaspoon
salt

flour

bananas, mashed

teaspoon
vanilla

chocolate chips, low fat
1/2
cup
nuts, chopped
Directions:
Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly spray two 9x5x3 inch loaf pans with non-stick vegetable cooking spray. In small bowl, stir together sour cream and baking soda; set aside. In large bowl, beat sugar and margarine on medium speed of electric mixer until well blended. Add egg substitute and salt; beat well. Gradually add flour to sugar mixture, beating until well blended. Add sour cream mixture, banana and vanilla; beat until smooth. Fold in chips and nuts.
Pour batter evenly into prepared pans. Bake 45 to 55 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes. Remove from pans to wire rack; immediately wrap in plastic wrap. Cool completely before slicing.

DARK CHOCOLATE BARK RECIPE
Ingredients:
7 oz dark chocolate (200g)
1/2 cup almonds (100g)
1/2 cup peanuts, raw (100g)
1 tbsp maple syrup
pinch of salt
NUTRITIONAL INFO (per piece):
107 calories, fat 7.6g, carb 9.2g, protein 3g
Preparation:
For roasted nuts: in a bowl combine almonds, peanuts and maple syrup.
Spread in air-fryer basket, sprinkle with salt and air-fry for 10 minutes at 340F (170C).
Break the chocolate into small pieces and melt in the microwave, stirring every 30 seconds.
Add the roasted nuts and stir until all the nuts are coated.
Spread the mixture on a lined baking tray, top with some extra nuts and put in the freezer for 30 minutes.
Cut into bite sized pieces and store in the fridge or freezer.

Jan 3,2021 is the one year mark since I posted these overnight oats that went viral on my social media pages. In 365 days I gained over 270,000 new friends on Instagram and 850,000 on TikTok and I couldn’t be more grateful for you all. Thank you for being here and being the bestest friend a girl could ask for. This recipe makes one portion and you will need:
Ingredients:
½ cup rolled oats — I use quick cooking but any rolled oats work
1/2-1 tablespoon maple syrup or any sweetener you like
2 teaspoons unsweetened cocoa or cacao powder
½ cup unsweetened almond milk or any you love
**Please Note: Protein powder is optional but you will probably need a touch more milk. I added shaved dark chocolate on top for presentation but you can also add some cacao nibs as well. Feel free to improvise and make it to taste. Minimum of 3 hours in the fridge or even overnight and it will last for 3-5 days so you can definitely prep ahead. i don’t like to count calories as different brands hold different values but mine were 250 calories total. You can eat them cold which is what I do or heat them up but you might need a touch more milk if you do.
Directions:
Add all of the ingredients to a mason jar or even a bowl if you don’t have a mason jar.
Give it a really good stir and refrigerate for a minimum of 3 hours or until it’s nice and pudding- like.
Feel free to prep ahead and enjoy.

Ingredients:
4 no overripe bananas or frozen bananas (medium size)
2½ cup whole wheat flour
½ cup HERSHEY’S Chocolate Flavoured Syrup
Cardamom Powder
½ cup Butter (melted)
30 ml oil
1/2 tbsp Flax seeds powder
1 teaspoon vanilla
Extract Method:
1. Preheat the oven at 180C.
2. Take deep bowl, mash the bananas till they are mushy and without any lumps.
3. Add cardamom powder and vanilla essence and mix.
4. Add butter and mix till it’s all incorporated well.
5. Then add flaxseeds powder and beat with a whisk till its light and fluffy.
6. Add oil in a thin stream and whisk continuously to incorporate air and avoid the batter to split.
7. Add the HERSHEY’S Chocolate Flavoured Syrup and mix well.
8. Sieve flour into the batter and cut and fold to incorporate the flour into the batter without losing the fluffy texture.
9. Add yogurt and mix well.
10. Add baking powder and baking soda to the prepared batter and mix well.
11. Take a loaf tin and pour in the batter and bake for 15-20 minutes.
12. To check the readiness of the cake put a stick in the center of the batter, if it comes out clean remove the cake and if doesn’t come out clean cook for few more minutes.
13. Let the cake cool a bit before demolding it.
14. Serve garnished with banana slices and dusted with cocoa powder.
