How To make Honey Mustard Steaks& Grilled Onions
4 thick well-trimmed boneless beef top loin or
ribeye steaks 1 large red onion :
cut into 1/2-inch
thick slices GLAZE 1/3 cup coarse-grain Dijon-style mustard
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
1 1/2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon cider vinegar
1 tablespoon water
1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
1/8 teaspoon coarse grind black pepper
Combine glaze ingredients. Place beef steaks and onions on grill over medium, ash-covered coals; brush both sides with glaze. Grill top loin steaks, uncovered, 15 to 18 minutes (ribeye steaks 11 to 14 minutes) until steaks are medium rare to medium and onion is tender, turning occasionally and brushing with glaze.
YIELD: 4 servings

• 1 to 1½ Tsp S.P. G
( Salt, Black & Garlic Powder)
• 2TBS Green Seasoning
• 1 to 1½Tsp Cajun Seasoning
DOCTORED BBQ SAUCE
• ½Cup BBQ Sauce
• 3TBS Honey
• 1 Tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
• 1Tsp Red Chili Flakes
• 2 to 3TBS Water
INGREDIENTS
Smashed Potatoes
• 1½ to 2 LBs Baby potatoes
(Approximately 11Baby Potatoes)
• 1½ Tsp Black Pepper
• 1½ Tsp Kosher Salt
• 1½ Tsp Garlic Powder
• 2 Tsp Dry Parsley
• ¼ Cup Olive Oil
• 2 TBS Parmesan Cheese
• ½ to ¾ Cup Grated Cheddar Cheese
INGREDIENTS (CAJUN SEASONING) • 2 TBS Garlic Powder • 1½ TBS Kosher Salt (Adjust) • 1 Tsp Oregano • 1 Tsp Thyme • 1 Tsp Onion Powder • 2 TBS Cayenne Pepper • 1 Tsp Mustard Powder (Optional) • 2 TBS Paprika
