How To make Hot &Amp; Sweet Pepper Beef Kabobs
1 1/2 lb Boneless tender beef
(1 inch thick) 2 lg Bell peppers
:
(red, yellow or green) 2/3 c Teriyaki Baste & Glaze
-- (Kikkoman) 1 ts Onion powder
1/2 ts Ground ginger
1/2 ts Chili powder
1/4 ts -to...
1/2 ts Tabasco pepper sauce
8 10-inch metal skewers
Cut beef into 1-inch cubes and each bell pepper into 16 pieces. Combine teriyaki baste & glaze, onion powder, ginger, chili powder and pepper sauce; remove 1/3 cup mixture and pour over beef and peppers in large bowl, tossing to coat. Thread beef and peppers alternately on skewers, leaving space between pieces. Cook skewers on grill 5 inches from hot coals 4 minutes on each side (for rare), or to desired doneness, brushing occasionally with remaining baste & glaze mixture. Makes 4 to 6 servings. In this video, I want to show you how I marinate and cook kabob beef skewers on the charcoal grill. I am sure that after you try this simple recipe, you will use it all the time. You will need only a few ingredients, such as beef, water, vinegar, salt, pepper, and onion.
Kabob Beef Skewers On The Charcoal Grill
INGREDIENTS:
2 lb. beef
300 ml water
100 ml vinegar
2 medium onions
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
DIRECTIONS:
Marinate in the fridge for 3 hours.
Grilling time depending on how hot your grill is and how done you would like your meat, cook turning occasionally.

Freestyle Ground Beef Kebabs
Ingredients:
5 cloves of garlic minced
1 small onion minced
I /2 bell pepper minced
1 kg Ground beef
1.5 TspGarlic Powder
1 Tsp Dried Cilantro
1 Tsp Dried Basil
1 Tsp Dried Oregano
.5 Tsp Coriander
.5 Tsp Mustard Dried
.5 Tsp Yellow Curry Powder
1 Tsp Salt
.5 Tsp Ground Black Pepper
1.5 Tbsp olive oil
10 bamboo skewers soaked in water
Method:
1. Smash and finely mince garlic and add to bowl
2. Finely mince white onion and squeeze out any extra moisture And add to bowl.
3. Finely dice green bell pepper and squeeze out water content and add to bowl.
4. Add ground beef
5. Add all seasoning to the mix and mix throughly.
6. Add olive oil and continue to beat and mix meat mixture till fully incorporated, till almost a paste consistency.
7. Cling wrap bowl and place in fridge for atleast 1 hour so that mixture and harden as-well and become more solid.
8. Take handful of meat mixture and mold to skewer, using abit of water on the hands to mold the meat to desired size. The water helps with molding the meat and keeps meat from sticking to hands.
9. Once all skewers are finished place in pre- heated oven at 450 for 20 min.
10. Finish with broil setting to add more browning to meat.
11. Serve while hot and enjoy.

Steak & Vegetable Kabobs
Cooking these over charcoal really adds a lot of flavor. I seasoned the vegs with SPG (salt, pepper, and garlic) and seasoned the steak with SPG, and Cow Cover, and Texas Beef (all made by Kosmos Q BBQ Comp). The steak was so tender and delicious, and the vegs were a huge hit with the in-laws :)
