How To make Hungarian Goulash Coca Cola
Ingredients

beef chuck, lean

tablespoon
butter, or margarine

cup
onion, chopped
1
each
garlic clove, minced
1
tablespoon
paprika
2 1/2
teaspoon
salt
1/2
teaspoon
caraway seeds
1/2
cup
coca-cola
1/4
cup
red wine
4
each
ripe tomatoes, peeled and chopped
3
tablespoon
flour
1
water
1
noodles, cooked and hot
Directions:
Cut the beef into 1/2-inch cubes, discarding the bone and fat. In a Dutch oven, melt the margarine and add the meat, stirring to brown on all sides. Remove the meat cubes as they brown. Saute the onion and garlic in the drippings until they are soft. Stir in the paprika, salt, and caraway seeds; cook for 1 minute. Stir in the meat, Coca Cola, wine, and tomatoes. Cover tightly; simmer about 1-1/2 hours or until the meat is fork-tender.
In a bowl, blend the flour with a little water to make a smooth paste; stir into goulash. Serve with hot noodles.

Hungarian Goulash
Recipe Karoly Gundel. 1954. I made old recipe because it is still the best goulash you can ever make.
Ingredients
3 slices bacon or vegetable oil
2 lb beef
1 onion
1 lb potatoes
2 bell peppers
1 tomato
5 tbsp sweet paprika
2 garlic cloves
Salt/Pepper/Caraway Seeds
1 pack beef broth
Dough
1 cup flour
1 egg
Salt
Fry bacon to get fat of it, remove and add onion, cook until golden and add beef. Brown the meat, add paprika and 1 cup of beef broth, simmer on low-medium heat for 30 min. Add potatoes and more broth. Make pasta as shown on video, when potatoes almost ready add peppers, tomato and pasta. Cook 15 more minutes and remove from heat. Add garlic/salt/pepper and caraway seeds. Let goulash rest for 10 min and serve.
Goulash is not soup! Maintain the liquid (broth) during cooking!

In this video I will cook one of the most famous Hungarian dish the traditional Hungarian Beef Goulash Soup. In the past few weeks I joined a lot of cooking channels and groups and I was shocked from some of the goulash recipes I have seen. As a Hungarian it was hard to see that, so I decided to do a video about it.
Ingredients:
1-1.5 kg of beef meet (best from leg or shoulder )
2 parsnips
3 carrots
3 potato
1 celeriac
1 fresh tomato
1 full paprika
1 big onion
3 cloves of garlic
paprika powder (preferably Hungarian )
spicy paprika powder (optional)
Grounded Cumin
3 piece of all spice
bay leaf
salt
pepper
