How to make Pork Chilli Restaurant Style | Spicy Pork Chilli Recipe | Stir Fry Chilli Pork Recipe
Pork Chilli is one of the most favourite dish in our house. It is spicy, tangy and packed with flavor. It can go as a side dish with fried rice, or noodles, or as an appetiser. It can be cooked in several different ways. In India, besides the Tibetan and Nepali versions, the Goan, Mangalorean and Kerala-style chilli pork are well known. This simple recipe leads to twice-cooked pork chilli. The meat is first pressure cooked until tender and then stir-fried with onion petals and cube sized bell peppers.
We like our chilli pork juicy, where stir-fried pork pieces are accompanied with hot green chillies in every bite. I do have to say though, that the recipe is meant to be spicy, hence the name Pork Chilli. But if you’d like to cut the heat a little, use less chillies. You can also pick out the bay leaf, cinnamons and star anise before you stir fry the pork as the flavours of whole spices may linger in the dish.
So please go ahead and try this juicy pork chilli and have a beautiful day ahead !!

Super Easy Sticky Honey Pork 蜜汁排骨 The Perfect Chinese Recipe! Chinese Pork Recipe
As you know, we almost rarely cook on weekdays because of work. Usually we just dabao (get takeout) from the coffeeshops near our place and one of our favourite choices of dinner is economy rice or more fondly referred to as Cai Png in Hokkien. In case you didn't know what an Economy rice stall sells, think Panda Express-- the stall pre-cooked a good variety of dishes and customers can select any of these dishes to go with white rice. This sticky honey pork dish was inspired by one of the cai png stalls Roland usually patrons. They cooked this dish so well that I had to get Roland to cook it at home too.
Refer to the ingredient list below or go to our website here for your easy reference.
Hope you can recreate this yummy dish in the comfort of your home. Thanks for dropping by our channel.
