How to make grilled pork with mango salsa? Find the entire recipe below:
Serves 4
Prep Time: 15 minutes
Cook Time: 20 minutes
Ingredients:
1.25 lbs. Pork Tenderloin
1 Tbsp. Avocado Oil
1 tsp. Paprika
½ tsp. Salt
½ tsp. Black Pepper
½ tsp. Garlic Powder
½ tsp. Coriander
½ tsp. Sugar
Salsa:
2 small Mangoes, cubed
⅓ cup chopped Cilantro
1 Avocado, cubed
½ cup minced Red Onion
Juice from ½ Lime
Pinch of Salt
Directions:
In a bowl, combine the mangoes, cilantro, avocado, and red onion. Squeeze the lime and add a pinch of salt. Set aside.
In another bowl, combine the avocado oil, paprika, salt, pepper, garlic, coriander and sugar. Coat the pork tenderloin in the mixture and refrigerate for 30 minutes while you heat the grill.
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Once hot, grill the tenderloin for 1 minute, then turn it 45 degrees to get nice grill marks. Flip the pork over and do the same on the other side. Keep one burner on high heat and turn the heat off on the other side to create one hot zone and one cool zone. Move the pork tenderloin over to the cool zone where the heat is off. Set your Thermopro thermometer to 145 degrees Fahrenheit and place the probe in the thickest part of the tenderloin. Cover the lid and grill over indirect heat until the internal temperature is reached.
Remove the pork from the grill when the internal temperature is reached and allow it to rest for 10 minutes prior to slicing. Top with the mango salsa and serve with your favorite grilled vegetables.

Easy Glazed Pork Chops
RECIPE!
Inspired by
Ingredients
- 4 thick cut pork chops
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 4 Tbsp. brown sugar
- Olive oil
1. In a bowl, combine spices (paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, black pepper and salt)
2. Rub the pork chops in the spices.
3. Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium/high heat. When the oil is hot, add the pork chops. Cook for about 3-5 minutes each side or until they are browned. Once they are browned, add a tablespoon of brown sugar to each pork chop. Turn each pork chop over, so both sides get some melted brown sugar. (Don’t add the brown sugar too early or else the sugar will burn and smoke up the room.)
4. Bake at 350˚F/ 175˚C for 15 minutes, to make sure the pork chops are cooked through.
5. Before serving, pour the glaze that’s formed in the pan over the chops. Serve with your vegetables of choice. All Tasty music provided by Audio Network and Warner Chappell Inc. Used with permission
