How To make Nutty Chocolate Mint Fudge
7 oz Marshmallow Cream; (1 jar)
1 1/2 c Sugar
2/3 c Evaporated Milk
1/4 c Butter
1/4 t Salt
1 1/2 c Mint-Chocolate Chips;Nestles
1/2 c Chopped Nuts
1 t Vanilla Extract
In heavy gauge saucepan, combine marshmallow cream, sugar, evaporated milk, butter and salt. Bring to a FULL ROLLING BOIL over medium heat, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Add Mint-Chocolate chips; stir until chips are melted and mixture is smooth. Add nuts and vanilla extract. Pour into foil-lined 8-inch square pan. Chill until firm, about 2 hours. Cut into 1-inch squares.

HOW TO MAKE CHOCOLATE FUDGE FROM 2 INGREDIENTS
Ever wonder How to Make Chocolate Fudge from 2 Ingredients?! Yeah, that's right! This homemade Chocolate Fudge only requires two simple ingredients and is so easy to make! It comes together in under 30 minutes if you use the fast set method and tastes just like the fancy stuff you can find at the chocolatier or grocery store. But of course, half the price!
To make this 2 ingredient fudge yourself at home, all you need is chocolate chips (any kind will do!) and a can of sweetened condensed milk. Try switching things up a bit by using flavoured chocolate chips like mint, butterscotch or peanut butter. This 2 ingredient fudge is indulgent, decadent and great for snacking or gift giving. Everyone is going to love it!
