MARTHA WHITE'S SOUTHERN SAMP--------------- Vegetable oil or shortening -for deep frying 1 c Martha White Self-Rising
-Flour 2/3 c Martha White Self-Rising
-Corn Meal Mix 3/4 c Milk
1 Egg, lightly beaten
2 tb Vegetable oil
Wooden skewers (optional) 1 lb Weiners, at room temp.
Mustard and ketchup (opt.)
In large saucepan or electric fryer, heat 2 to 3 inches of oil over medium-high heat to 375. Stir together flour and corn meal in mixing bowl. Add milk, egg, and 2 tablespoons oil; stir until smooth. set batter aside for 10 minutes. Insert skewers into weiners. Dip weiners into batter. Carefully drop corn dogs into hot oil. Fry until golden brown and floating on top. Drain on paper towels. Serve hot with mustard and ketchup, if desired.

• 1 cup cornmeal
• 1 cup all-purpose flour
• 2 tablespoons sugar
• 2 teaspoons baking powder
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1 large egg
• 1¼ cups buttermilk
• 2 tablespoons melted butter
• 8 hot dogs
• Popsicle or craft sticks
• 1 quart vegetable oil, for frying

1️⃣ 00:00:17 - Heat your vegetable oil in a large pot to 350 degrees.
2️⃣ 00:01:03 - In a mixing bowl, stir together the cornmeal, flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
3️⃣ 00:01:18 - Use a whisk to beat in the egg, buttermilk, and melted butter.
4️⃣ 00:00:24 - Insert the popsicle or craft sticks into each hot dog leaving enough of the stick showing to create a handle. Pat each hot dog dry with a paper towel.
5️⃣ 00:01:36 - Transfer batter to a tall drinking glass for easy dipping. Dip each hot dog into the batter, covering the hot dog completely. After dipping, put immediately into the hot oil to fry.
6️⃣ 00:02:13 - Fry each dog until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per corndog. Put on paper towels to drain.

1. Lg Cookie Sheet
2. 8-Kahns Hotdogs (Or whatever kind you prefer)
3. 1can of Pillsbury Corn dog Wraps.
????????Directions
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
2. Spray your cookie sheet with cooking spray.
3. Open Your corn dog Wraps and separate them.
4. Lay 1 wrap down on a clean surface and flatten with your hand a little bit.
5. Lay hotdog down at the end of the wrap and roll forward until it's completely covered. Lay on your greased cookie sheet. Repeat until all hotdogs are wrapped up.
6. Bake and enjoy!????????
