3 Eggs
separated
1/4 c Flour
1 c Sugar
1 c Milk
1/4 ts Salt
1/4 c Lemon juice
Beat egg whites until stiff, but not dry. Set aside. In medium bowl, combine sugar, flour and salt. In small bowl, beat egg yolks. Stir in milk and lemon juice. Add to flour mixture. Fold in egg whites. Pour in a 1 qt baking dish. Place in larger pan with 1 inch of water. Bake at 325 for 50 to 55 minutes. Cool about 30 minutes. Input: 02/14/93

Lemon Pudding Pound Cake Ingredients:
3 Cups of All purpose Flour
3 Cups of White Sugar
6 large Eggs
1 1/2 Cup of Salted Butter
8 oz. Cream Cheese
2 package of Instant Lemon Pudding 3.4 oz.
Bake on 350 degree for 1 hour and 20 minutes
(optional to add Duncan Hine Lemon Icing on Pound Cake)

Welcome Friends! Welcome back to the kitchen; today I'm going make a recipe that julie and I call a sauce 'n' cake recipe. Most people would probably call it a pudding cake recipe... No matter what it's called, this one is a Lemon Sauce Pudding Cake Recipe.
Ingredients:
60 mL (¼ cup) butter
250 mL (1 cup) sugar
3 eggs separated
Zest and juice of 1 lemon
85 mL (1/3 cup) all purpose flour
2 mL (½ tsp) salt
250 mL (1 cup) milk
Method:
Preheat oven to 180ºC (350ºF).
Grease an 8x8 baking dish, and a bain marie for baking.
Cream together the butter and ¾ of the sugar until light and fluffy.
Beat in the egg yolks, and the lemon zest.
Mix in the flour, salt, milk and lemon juice.
Whip the reserved egg whites, slowly adding the reserved sugar, until smooth and glossy.
Vigorously stir 1/3 of the whipped egg whites into the butter flour batter.
Slowly fold in the remaining egg whites.
Transfer the batter to the baking dish and fill the bain marie with hot water.
Bake for 30 -35 minutes.

INGREDIENTS
For the cake:
1 box Great Value yellow cake mix
1 3.4 ounce box Great Value Lemon Pudding
1 cup of water
1/3 cup Great Value vegetable oil
3 Great Value eggs
For the pudding topping:
2 3.4 ounce boxes lemon pudding
4 cups Great Value milk
4 cups Great Value powdered sugar
INSTRUCTIONS
Pour the cake and pudding mix into a large mixing bowl.
Add water, oil and eggs. Mix until just combined.
Pour into cake pan and bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
When the cake is finished, remove from oven and let cool slightly.
Poke 12 holes in the cake using the handle of a large round spoon.
Mix the lemon pudding, milk and powdered sugar. Stir until all ingredients are well combined. Pour half of the pudding over the top of the cake, making sure it sinks into all of the holes.
Mix the remaining pudding until it thickens completely then spread over the top of the cake. Place in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours until completely set and chilled.

1 CUP FLOUR -TSP BAKING POWDER -PINCH SALT
2 TBLS COCOA POWDER
3/4 CUP SUGAR
3 TBLS BUTTER MELTED
1/2 CUP MILK
1 TSP VANILLA- MIX POUR INTO 9 INCH ROUND PAN
ADD 1/2 CUP SUGAR 1/2 CUP BROWN SUGAE 1/4 CUP COCOA POWDER MIX AND SPRINKLE ON TOP OF BATTER
POUR 1 1/2 CUP WATER OVER TOP.
